Called first to make sure they had a radiator for my truck which they said they did. Came in, checked again to make sure it was the right one which the employee assured me it was. So I brought it home, pulled out the busted one that was in my truck and went to replace it only learn that I didnt get the right one. Now I dont have a vehicle and when I called and told them about it they said they have another one that should work and that I could come in and get it. I ended up having to walk 2 miles with two radiators back to the store (brought the old one to make sure the new one would work). I pretty much got an "oops" from the employee when I brought the first one back. Just want to give everyone a heads up so that theyre aware that they might not get what they needed despite what the employee says and if you dont have another ride, you might be walking.

Customer service here more often then it should be is terrible. Been here for over 20 years so I guess people dont care. But many times Ive been Ive been ignored(no exaggeration) give incorrect parts multiple times, checkout process can be painfully slow. And the rewards card program is misleading and points do expire. Ive lost hundreds of dollars in credits due to being given incorrect info on when to use. Occassionally a decent employee makes things a good customer experience. But they dont last long and I would think go on to better things.

I came to get my starter tested the guy didnt even know how to use the starter tester I was standing there for 25 min until he did something to the machine and said Im sorry but I forgot our machine isnt working I know how to use the damn machine I use to work for an autoparts store and Ive worked on cars my entire life if you dont know how to do something ask your never to old to learn. Only reason they dont get less is because the short girl behind the counter was on point with her customer services.

Bigger than you think for a strip mall Auto Center ask for what you want dont let them sell you the lower end because they carry it all. In the back the way back. Go through employees quickly or transfer the good ones to the busier store in North Hollywood. Plus if you buy wipers batteries fuses lamps light bulbs other easy to install Parts air cleaners 24-hour store will install for free

My truck had sudden issues with the battery as well as my alarm clicker battery died at the exact same moment leaving me stranded and frantic at the shell station across the street. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and fast and they had everything I needed right of the bat!

These guys have hands-on experience/knowledge and can give you some sound advice. They also know where things are located within the store--unlike another competitor I happened to stop by. Prices are fair--just wish they carried a couple other brands in addition.

This AutoZone is really easy to get in and out of. The location is pretty convenient (Van Nuys Blvd at Magnolia Ave) and they tend to have everything I need for regular maintenance.
