Worst experience! !! Shame on you.. I bet if the CEO of auto zone knew exactly how you treated customers they would shut down the place to teach you proper ethics and manners... Had a misfortune with my car battery. Luckily I was in front of an Auto Zone..OR WAS I? Asked to borrow tools like your advertisement says and was given items with the worst attitude. Had to go back to the store since the tools were the incorrect size and asked to please give correct ones, woman behind counter proceeded to say " thats all I have, go buy what you need over there " and pointed towards tools..Her demeanor was bothersome. I actually felt embarrassed and left with what was given to me from the get go. A customer saw and heard the interaction that i had just encountered and proceeded to say if I needed help. Helped me out with his tools from his car and was able to remove battery from car. Took battery in, they checked the status of the battery with their handy tools and said it just needed to be charged. To come back in an hour. So I did. I returned in one hour to find out the battery was not in working condition. So guess what? Now I have to buy a battery from the same store that treating me like crap. So lets recap: Awful customer service / interaction What really happen to my battery..? But I still bought $150 battery from them and l left with a bad taste...

This Autozone is like any auto parts store, you are here to buy parts you should already know a little about. There seems to be some major internal problems among employees, but they are friendly towards customers despite pitiful arguments among each other. Due to visiting the area and motorcycle AND car trouble in a one month period, Ive been in and out of here 5+ times in a month. They always have what I need, and are always arguing amongst each other. At least two helpful employees, and at least two who should be fired, but if I wanted quality mechanics, I wouldnd be a cheapa$$ going to a discount auto parts store.

This store sucks big time. They dont spend much time looking up a part for ones vehicle and then they sell you the wrong part, which necessitates a trip back to them to return it and hopefully get the right one. They were not helpful at all and blamed it on their catalogue instead of the salesman, who took zero time in looking up the part for my vehicle. Do Not Patronize this place.

Every time i need something for my car the people there always help me find it or if they have to order it it normally doesnt take long for it to arrive. The only thing i would like to see its a faster check out for people that only want to check out and are not looking for parts.

had a coupon for $20 off a pair of shocks, ordered the Gabriel hijackers and they wouldnt honor the coupon saying its for individual shocks when the add says pair. the guy refused to give me the deal. wont be going back even though ive bought a lot of parts from them over the years.

I guess the store needs more employees since it doesnt open on time. Clearly states 7:30am on the window but they do not open until 8am. Who knows the guy could have woken up late. But of course its a one stop store. Get your stuff and go type of thing.
