My visit is normally great, however today there was a dog in the store that caused my wife to have an allergic reaction. She has bad allergies and dog hair is one of her allergies. We understand that service dogs are allowed, but this dog was with a young man and middle age lady and did not present as a service animal. Also, my children are afraid of dogs, and my daughter was terrified when she turned around and saw the animal in the aisle. We had to calm her down, so she would not alarm the other consumers, but in reality she had the right to be hysterical. Please address this concern so my family can continue to be a patron of your store.

I shopped at the Griffin, Ga store on hwy 16 West on June 5, 2015 and checked out with cashier Jacoria. I handed her my coupon related to two bags of coffee which she was just ringing up, and I noticed she put it down without scanning it. At the end I pointed this out and she said she couldnt do anything--I would have to go stand in another line at customer service. To which I replied that she could fix it there, but the other cashier agreed with her. Customer service finally gave me the $1.50 that was due after which I asked for the manager, who said "Eh, sorry--they arent supposed to do that." Right! Other stores DONT do that.

I normally like Krogers but the McDonough GA Krogers location is the absolute worst. I have complained to mgmt about the quality of their produce on numerous occasions. No surprise, I Got food poisoning from their produce, three times. Ending up in emergency the second time. When the doctor told me I had food poisoning, I didnt want to believe it. By the third time, I knew exactly what it was, their "modified date" organic meat. Also, often times, theres mold on their produce. Shame on them. You guys owe me money for my hospital bills. I cant recommend them. Krogers No More!

This location is awful! Several times I have bought items that were marked on sale, but rang up regular price. This happened again last night and I didnt catch it right away with how much we were buying. They had my husband go all the way back up there (its at least a 15 minute drive from us) and expected him to bring the product back along with the receipt just for them to correct THEIR mistake. We have spent a lot of money at Kroger over the years, but we are done with Kroger. I would much rather pay a little more at Publix for better customer service!

Cant think of an establishment more annoying. Should have known from the security guard that I would hate everything about the place. This past week I came in, got hounded by some guys in the parking lot trying to sale me something, all while the "security guard" was having a nice long conversation with a customer. People sit out on the patio furniture... thats for sale. Its just too much! Its always packed with people and the staff always have an attitude. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Kroger on Hudson Bridge... its bigger and nicer.

I have been shopping at this location for years. This review is long overdue. Even after moving to Hampton I still return to shop at your location because it has the best customer service of all! From the gentlemen in the meat departent who are always eager to answer any questions or offer help, to the checkout people at the front who are always speedy and friendly, they are all wonderful. Mrs. Alicia in the bakery department is a jewel, always so helpful and nice! Wonderful selection and staff make this my favorite store to shop at :-)

For the first time ever I felt a little upset at the service I received today. The cashier was very pleasant to the man in front of me, explaining to him how many points hed earned and pointing out to him that if he took a survey hed get 50 more points but when it was my turn she became stanoffish did not explain anything to me and was nowhere near friendly as she had been to the white gentleman ahead of me, and yes she was white also. It really makes me sad that racism and all of its ugliness still exist today.

I had a last minute order on Easter Sunday morning for a wristlet for my 8 yr old granddaughter. I called and asked for The floral department. I talked to Allison Phillips. Not knowing what would wow my granddaughter I asked Allison to make me one with a pink carnation. I picked it up in less than 45 minutes. Thank you, Allison for making this Easter special for me and my only granddaughter. I hugged Allison but I wanted Kroger to know know what a difference this lady made for me. Blessings to you all.

Some of the staff seem to have an attitude & not very friendly. But, I guess this is everywhere these days. However, I did not appreciate a cashier telling me "pets" were not allowed in the store. My "pet" is a service animal, which just happens to be small enough to fit in my purse; therefore, since shes not actually roaming the isles/floor of the store I usually dont put her vest on her & Ive also seen several other ppl with "pets" in the store too.....ppl Should MIND Their Own Business !!!

On the commercials their "holiday" prepared meal looks amazing! So i used my gift card from work ordered and paid the difference on the turkey meal for christmas eve.....The turkey is in plastic wrap from the vendor you still have to heat it for 2 1/2 hours and all the sides are in the microwavable vendor prepared plastic trays (kind of like bob evans but not). Very disappointed ! For 49.95 youd think they would of cooked SOME OF IT!! Wont happen again for this girl.

Customers services has always been good. This store is heavily populated with shoppers all the time, and prices are great. The guy in produce(sorry, I cant remember his name) is over whelming. Does he ever have a bad day. In fact all produce employees are great. Theres no attitude when I ask if there is more of what is on sale. Please keep up the good work. "Customer Service" is one of my pet peeves. Thank you. "James" is the young mans name in produce.

Lady that worked in the drug/GM was rude to me even though I was just doing my job and trying to be nice. She needs to understand that i have a job to do too. Not just her. If she couldnt help me, all she had to say was "no sorry". But she had to be rude and angry about it when i was just trying to get my work done. Lady in customer service was also grumpy and rude. Its such a cold world. Many people are selfish and careless today

I have shopped at this location many times. I also have used coupons and NEVER was charged a tax on the coupons! Yesterday my daughter went to buy food-and ONLY food and used a Gerber coupon FROM Kroger! She was then charged a 9 cent tax-on the coupon! If she had NOT used the coupon, she would NOT have been charged the 9 cents. What kind of illegal bull is that?? You are not allowed to charge tax on EBT purchases!
