The store definitely leaves a lot to be desired but that is what you get when you have young inexperienced help its clean but not spectacular no one wears a hairnet or covers their locks they figure the dirty baseball caps are sufficient well heres a clue they are not I never see anyone wash their hands in between orders or at least put a fresh pair of gloved on with each and every order I stood back last week and just watched them work I counted 25 different food orders both hot and cold they went dirty fridge door to prep station to the cooking area and served rhe food used the same utensils over and over again nothing was ever wiped off washed or sanitized unless of course if you consider sani wipes as clean everything in the store is way over priced except for the gas its the cheapest around They are very impolite to customers laugh and joke amongst themselves and always always get the orders wrong I have never gotten a correct order from this store when you as the customer call them to task about it they will instantly give you an attitude What this company needs to do is hire a manager that really knows how to run this type of convience store train the staff correctly about proper customer interaction. Take the cell phones away..cover every inch of hair no matter how long or short get rid of those damn dirty baseball caps teach proper hand washing technique get rid of the gum chewing and it just might come up to a 1/2 star rating remember every customer that comes through those doors is watching every move they make

last week I placed an order and a sandwich was forgotten. I should have checked before leaving.. they agreed to make it again at no cost to me on my next visit. they stood by their word, but also added two long strands of hair to my food, and forgot the toppings on the rest of my order. mistakes happen, but two in a row loses my business.

Good food, but the lady who rang me out at counter was rude and complained that the drink special (milkshakes any size for $1.99) needed to stop because she said there werent enough staff to make all of them. To me. Who had just ordered a large banana shake and was paying for it. Worst Sheetz experience Ive ever had.

The worst sheetz I have ever been to the cashier was very rude and didnt ask for sheet card and when I did provide the cashier with the card she said people gets on her nerves. I tried to speak with the manager Brian and ask for the corporate number ,he stated to google the number ..Worse sheetz I have ever been to.

One of the worst Sheetz I have been to. Me and my boyfriend waited 20 minutes for our food. They forgot to make our order, then we had to wait another 15 mins and to make it even worse, they forgot to put half of our order in the bag! Dont EVER go there on a Friday evening if you have things to do.

There is one older woman, where she is there she makes the experience a pleasure. She calls you hon & asks about the day, just overall brightens my day when she is there. However if she is off the other workers just arent friendly at all.

Sheetz is a very conveniont resteraunt becouse it has anything from gas to gift cards to food to coffee. The food there is also suprusingly good and comes to you fast. You can get almost anything you need to eat for the day.

When ordering food they mess up your order like give you stuff that you dont want a angus Burger. Also we you use your sheetz card for gas you get the 3¢ off on it. The good thing about sheetz is the bathroom is clean.

Not the best Sheetz but it certainly could be worst. They are one of the busier Sheetz in the are. From time to time the kitchen staff takes a long time but otherwise a very good place.

Open 24 hours! Its hard to find a convenience store with basic necessities open 24 hours so no complaints. Has the basics and polite staff.
