05/23/2013 I was purchasing a salad this morning at the Sheetz located at 5410 Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA , as I do every thursday morning before work, and I notice a young gentleman probably around his mid 20s coming for a job interview. The manager took him back and he was back out before my salad was done being made. He had a dissapointed look on his face so i figured it didnt go well. i hear the manager say to another employee that she couldnt hire him because he had a tattoo on his hand and that it was a shame cause he was a nice guy. I walk past the gentleman outside and noticed in fact he did have a tattoo and it was not offensive in nature. It was actually a beautiful peice of artwork that took up his whole arm. I work for FEDEX down the street at the Omega building. You may have heard of that corporation. I have one arm that is almost a full sleeve and by years end will be completely covered. I wear short sleeves daily. Various employees have them here. See the fact of the matter is my tattoos dont hinder my ability to do my job correctly. In fact im very good at my job. Please join the rest of the world in the 20th century.People have been getting full body tattoos for thousands of years. Think of servicemen you see since WWII, majority have tattoos. Would you say they couldnt get the job done because of that? To me this is outright discrimination and I will no longer support your establishment. I judge people on the content of their character and not the color of their skin. Thank you and good day

Around 1:30am (not busy at all) I selected 2 items and joined the small 2 person line at the register. When my turn came shortly after the shorter overnight woman turned and walked away and started to make a drink, leaving the registers unmanned. I noticed 2 others in the kitchen area already, so I politely said "Excuse me, could I check out please?" She responded that she was going to make the gentleman a drink - the only one in the store waiting for an order. In 31 years Ive never had to walk out anywhere, especially for such awful customer service thats so simply manageable.

A Private User

I was in Pittsburgh last February. We stayed near this convenience store and used them for fuel and a tasty breakfast. I pulled up my account today and found 6 charges entered totaling $1200 from this store and something called Martin General. The numbers were keyed in manually. This means Sheetz keeps your credit card numbers on file somewhere. Sheetz if you have someone working for you from Martin General. You need to get the police to take them away quickly. Assuming I wasnt the only victim, youre about to be in a world of hurt.

No problem with the quality of the products or services. The maintenance is an embarrassment. Had to call Environmental Regulation for a massive grease spill that they left slicking up the patio. Slick ice was left tripping customers a day after it formed and consistently nasty sidewalk, floors and poorly kept mens room make this a place Id rather not visit.

I live a quarter mile away from this place and almost always come here after work or on my way somewhere, SHEETZ food is amazing! The only thing that would be great for this Sheetz is if they had a dining area indoors like the one in Moon Township, that way you dont have to be in your car wasting gas during the cold seasons. Other than that, love this place!

This Sheetz I formally would have given 5 stars. The staff seemed on point even during busy times. The past four or five times Ive visited Ive waited up to 20 minutes for my food with only about 3 people waiting for their order. The food is what youd expect, but the service has slowed down severely even during non rush periods of the day.

Our BBQ chicken pizza was good, however the BBQ sauce came in a small dipping container(not on the pizza) and we only had one to share amongst 6 slices. Additional sauce costs extra. If having bbq sauce for a bbq chicken pizza is a concern then i wouldnt recommend. I typically go to get-go after work and will continue to do so.

This location is usually very busy. Its got ask the essential things you might need for a trip in the car. The made to order process could be improved. The intersection that this location is on makes it difficult to get going back the way you rang of there is heavy traffic.

Visit this location frequently. Staff always pleasant and quick with orders. Food always great...excellent variety of food and drink. Love Sheetz coffee ...always fresh and hot!

Love the screens at the gas pumps, theyre nice and large. And thei have cold brew coffee, so my husband is a happy man.
