The experience was horrible, would not go back. The staff were complaining and visibly agitated. We placed our order and waited quite a long time. The one server came over and apologised as well as complained about the short amount of staff and other internal issues with management.when we got the order two of the five were incorrect. We simply took what we got, we were out of time and needed to move on. When we actually ate the food my chicken sub lacked chicken. Yes there were four one inch tid bits and a mountain of lettuce and onions. It was dispp

My favorite "fast food" place to eat, is fresh at the same price. Love the coupons they send out and card advantages. Am a repeat customer and the employees know me, am very glad they came to Girard!

The food is good but in the last several months it is hit or miss whether the order will be correct. The few times I have complained I have been met with attitude. Ill go someplace else for me food.
