This store is horrible, i can off the top think of three bad experiences all at this Taunton location. I wanted to return something that was 2 days over the 30 day return policy, i had the receipt and the box wasnt even opened but because of the holidays i was two days late. They argued with me that i couldnt return it and when i asked for the manager i was gicen the death glare, even after arguing with him he could only give me store credit. I took my store credit unhappily and left. The next experience was while trying to use said store credit. After 10 minutes of customer service trying to use my credit i was told theres nothing they could do, had to call for a manager again. Same manager, didnt even recall my face. Drilled me, finally they did something on their handy computer and were able to see that i did have a credit on my card, go figure! Something that was supposed to take me 5 minutes or less took a half hour! Next, my computer broke! I needed a laptop asap for school. I went to the laptop section where apparently i didnt look like i needed help from the teo salespeople standing there talking. So i approached them, one walked away and the one i was left with looked high as a kite, or maybe he just hadnt slept for 3 weeks. I told him what i needed and he stared at me like he could not comprehend what i was saying. I told him i would look myself and after looking and having questions i knew he could not answer i left.

i called to see if a set of blue-tooth wireless headphones wer in stock like the computer said. the first time i was transferred to a department where the phone ran for 10 minutes and was not answered. the second time i talked to the same "service rep" and she said "im sorry , ill put you on hold and be right with you." after another 10 minutes with no help i hung up. my girlfriend then goes to the store and could not get anyone there in person to help her locate the product. in fact the three peolpe she approached walked away from her instead of helping. this storwe has the worst telephone service reps and sales help that i have ever encountered. needless to say, if i didnt have a gift card that i was looking to spend i would go to a reputable audio visual store. too bad they dont have a complaint line, but then if they did they would probably have to hire an entirely new staff for the store. "Best Buy, no Worst Store" maybe

Terrible experience. Drove an hour to this location to pickup an item not available at my local store. Placed an order for pickup and hour prior only not to have the order ready when I arrived. Multiple staff members behind the counter and around the store on their phones hanging out. Staff member at the pickup said I could grab the item but they would need to cancel the original order. By canceling the order left me without an available balance to complete the order. I found it out of hand that they were not able to take the item off the shelf to complete the order. Wasted 3 hours of my time and gas driving to the location..

My husband and I stopped into Best Buy at Silver City Galleria to purchase an Apple Iphone. The clerk who works at the cellphone desk was helping another customer, so we were helped by Phil the store manager. He explained that the clerk would be with us momentarily but that he would help us get started. Phil was outstanding with information and was very, very efficient and courteous. As soon as the clerk, Jeff, was able to help us he jumped right in and was just excellent! His knowledge and helpfulness was off the charts. Wow, I was very impressed with these guys efficiency and courtesy. Thank you.

Every time I goto Best Buy I wonder why I bother. So, I will no longer go there - ever. The staff in the Taunton store is horrible. Their customer service is more than dreadful. Rather than deal with their staff, in the future I will order online from another retailer and wait a few days for delivery - happily. Ive never shopped somewhere where the staff is so disrespectful to customers. I spent many years in retail - and cannot imagine treating customers the way the Best Buy Taunton staff treats theirs... When this store goes out of business - this is the reason.

I had a wonderful time here. I went in to price match from Walmart and Amazon for a ps4 bundle and a controller. First I wanted to trade in my old system and I had four controllers and over 10 games. While this process took a while the customer service representative was patient and nice. Customer service matched the prices right away with no trouble. I was in and out without a single issue. I would definitely come back here in the future.

went in to get a bunch of Xbox one games and bluerays due to all the advertising on the website and none of the prices were changed so if I wanted to know what I was paying Id have to go on the website... pure laziness for a huge shopping day

Inexperienced staffing really shows, from the sales rep. To the general manager. The lack of knowledge that is displayed is a true testament to why smaller specialty stores may charge more.You get what you pay for in life.
