TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Did NOT receive my flowers until over 24 hrs AFTER they were ordered. Driver called me and I told him I would get home between 4:00 and 5:00 from work. . He said....Ill just leave them...I said "no way....too cold and theyd freeze". Contacted owner and he said "we called you day they were called to us" I never received a message he said" maybe we dialed a wrong number....people make mistakes" Its the holidays now and trucks are delivering until 7:00 pm and people dont get home from work till around 5:30. I came home from work between 4:00 and 5:00. Owner called me and finally DELIVERED THEM AT 6:00. Flowers were turning yellowing on the rose petals BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING OLD I will never use this florist again. !!!!!!! terrible........Ruth Schneider

My husband set up a delivery for a bouquet every other week. At first they delivered like they were set up. Then they started to deliver whenever it was convenient for them. So I never know when they will be here. The flowers are pretty at first but now they look as if they are leftovers. I dont want to hurt my husbands feelings so I say nothing, but I am not satisfied at all. I would rather go to Kroger and get what I want. At least I would be able to get something besides filler and maybe some tulips when in season. They are always raped with pretty ribbon and look fresh but they look awful after a couple days

Great gift shop items and beautiful arrangements. Always fresh flowers! They have a great selection of pet headstones, outdoor concrete pots, benches and small planted seasonal plants and shrubs.
