This place went above and beyond. Im sure a whole fruit basket or an Easter basket is not their normal delivery items. But when my husband called in they went above and beyond to provide exactly what he asked for. He set up three separate deliveries to celebrate our 21st anniversary and Easter. The first day a huge balloon bouquet with a basket of chocolates were delivered. The next day was a beautiful spring floral arrangement with a basket of fresh whole fruit - oranges, apples, grapes, & bananas (someone had to make a special trip to the store for that one) and then the last delivery was Easter baskets form our daughter and me. Even though we were apart and miles from home, they really made the anniversary and holiday seem more like home. Thank you! less »

When they say deliver between 9 and 1.. I dont know what that means because why say a time at all if your not gonna deliver between that time. and I dont get when you ask for something made up for around 60, it comes to over 76 bucks. I mean 16 bucks ?!?! really. 8 bucks for shipping 8 bucks in tax? thats outrageous. I wont be doing business with them again, and its a shame I used to order like a few times a year from them. Very disappointed.

I needed to order something from out of state for my wonderful cousin who passed away Christmas Day. I wanted something special and the young girl who helped me was wonderful. Texted me pics and prices of angel statutes to help me. Then she was so compassionate as I cried through the entire order. Very reasonably priced extremely pleased with my experience. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and described several options for me to purchase. My gift arrived quickly and the recipient said the silk flowers looked real! I had asked them to match the balloons tied to the basket with the flowers and they did! Thank you for your help to celebrate a distant birthday, once again I am pleased with my purchase!
