I ordered flowers through Fredas Fancy Flowers on Main Street in Middletown for Valentines Day. Since their shop closed/relocated, the order was contracted to Belmars. The flowers were delivered on time and to the correct place but the order wasnt entirely accurate. The theme of the flowers was green. The flowers came in a dull, lifeless gray container. The flowers themselves looked beautiful but instead of being in any type of soil or just water with plant food, they were cut very short and stuck into foam. The flowers lasted for several days before withering away like a fart in the wind. There wasnt even as many flowers in the container of foam that there should have been. I am not happy with my wasted money. $60 for several flowers in foam with some plastic! Overall: Very poor arrangement.

Boyfriend bought me a lillies and roses arrangement & were supposed to be delivered at work. He paid extra for them to be delivered during a certain timeframe. Not only were they not delivered during that time, they were delivered a day late and was the wrong arrangement. THEY SENT A FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT. I cannot make this up. So then, they offered to upgrade for no additional cost, and said they would be delivered same day. No surprise, they were not. So going on a three day experience here. Also, when they came, there were no lillies in tact, the petals literally had holes in them and were cut up. Also, no upgrade was given. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Just tried to order flowers to be delivered to an employee of mine at U of L hospital. I called back this afternoon to let them know that she had been assigned a room and to please deliver in the morning. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he was extremely rude. he said they would TRY to deliver if not he will deliver to her home. I said NO I would like them delivered to her room. I had to remind him I was the customer and he said he would just refund my money. Would not recommend at all. I was try to do business with a local store. Much better service from a national store like Kroger.

Flowers were delivered dead! I ordered flowers through an OpenTable reservation for an anniversary dinner to be delivered to the restaurant. The maitre d called before I arrived at the restaurant to say that he did not want to put the flowers on the table because they looked horrible. I contacted the florist to inform him of the poor condition of the flowers and he said "We could not have been in business this long if we delivered dead flowers." He blamed the restaurant and offered no apology or refund. Poor customer service!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT BELMAR! It was worth every penny going to Belmar flower shop. The arrangement I ordered was fabulous, I couldnt have asked for a better one. My daughters day was made! Everyone was exceptionally nice and I felt very welcome. I highly recommend you stop bye you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Belmar!
