Flowers were supposed to be delivered by 2:00 on a Saturday and have not yet been delivered as of Tuesday at 6:00, Was called on Saturday and told that they had too many deliveries and would have it out the following week. I am still waiting. he flowers were purchased by my son who lives out of town. This appears to be a scam to me. I am only giving the one star because I cannot post this with no stars

We bought 3 mothers in my family flowers and they arrived on Saturday which was fine but the flowers were old and wilted, the roses didnt smell and were already falling apart! The arrangement looked like it was thrown together in 1 minute and was a huge disappointment! And the customer service was just as bad! They acted like it was a big deal that I wanted to be reimbursed!

I ordered flowers for my valentine based on a picture on their website. Big disappointment. The flowers delivered were a very sorry version of the picture. Very sloppily done! My young son could have done a better job. I will never do business with them again!

The flower arrangement was 4 days late. Beings that the arrangement was so days late in being delivered it had to be delivered to my work and not my home. This was crazy unreal and unprofessional.
