Im afraid whatever I have to say will not come close to expressing my gratitude for Charlie and the Flower Studio. This past month, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and I have Charlie to thank. He exceeded my expectations and my vision for our wedding. He didnt just listen to my wishes, he HEARD me and what I wanted. I was speechless when I walked into out reception venue, ALL my tables were truly breathtaking. I was fortunate enough to experience what every bride deserves, and the icing on the cake was that Charlie helped stay within our budget. Looking back, Im realizing how many details that were involved and possibly odd requests. But with an open mind and heart, Charlie fulfilled those wishes. For instance, I asked for a very sentimental flower to be incorporated in my Mothers corsage. When I first picked up my own bouquet, I noticed the same blooms in my bouquet and I sobbed at such a heartfelt surprise because Charlie knew how much Lilly of the Valley meant to me. Not only were ALL my flowers perfect, but Charlie and David prepared the church in ways that they should have not to, but Charlie was not going to let me be unsatisfied in any way. I cant believe what all extra they did and picked up the slack of the church. Charlie also provided beautiful linens for our reception along with ALL décor. I get emotional thinking about just how beautiful and elegant our reception was. It was my dream wedding and reception, exactly what Ive dreamed of since I was a little girl. In addition to our beautiful wedding, my Momma and I have gained a friend. We met with Charlie several times over the past few months for hours at a time. Not only is he incredibly talented and experienced, hes trustworthy and did everything he promised. I can not rave enough about my Wedding experience with Charlie at the Flower Studio. I received SO many compliments and given referral after referral for Charlie. His work is simply THAT beautiful. Also, because of Charlies knowledge and experience with local vendors, I was able to change my venue (somewhat last minute) to a MUCH better and more practical venue. Charlie TRULY worked magic on our wedding. I still cant believe how perfect our special day unfolded and I have Charlie to thank and the memories of 750+ photos to serve as precious reminders.

Unprofessional and dishonest. Scammed me out of 500.00. Talked trash about my wedding reception venue, who actually turned out to be prossional and awesome to work with. Supposedly lost my initial 500.00 deposit, which the check was cashed. Charlie promised it would be straightened out and he would find where the payment was applied. At the final meeting we were unable to agree on numbers there was suddenly a 500.00 difference, I could not make sense of. Charlie then informed us of a 500.00 "design fee". He explained that the initial 500.00 payment was for the design fee and did not go towards overall balance. Funny that 3 people who were at our meetings never heard of this design fee in prior meetings. Quite the coinsidence that the initial 500.00 was misplaced and suddenly at the final meeting a 500.00 design fee came up. Honestly he didnt design much , I came in with pictures of exactly what I wanted. Upon mutiple requests for itemized breakdowns, Charlie was unable to provide via email because of the software they use we went to the studio for a 3rd visit. 4 weeks prior to the wedding I felt I had no choice but to pay and take it as a loss. I expressed my disappointment to Charlie who then took off a 150.oo delivery fee that was applied twice. Charlie bad mouthed my reception vendor mutiple times, spoke of a refundable deposit that I would loose, that by the way did not exist, and talked about vendor fees that he was being charged, that come to find out DONT exist either. Also at the final meeting he was suddenly unable to accept credit card as payment even though he had gladly taken one over the phone when the initial 500.00 payment was"misplaced". Overall Charlie did a beautiful job on the flowers but dealing with him felt shady,unprofessional, and stressed me out beyond belief. We felt taken advantage of and scammed out of 500.00. As beautiful as the flowers and table arrangements were I would not recommend doing buisness with them.

Where to begin. Charlie- all talent, all creativity. As a retail person myself, I need to be or find him a store manager. He was hard to get ahold of and his assistant, Michael, is a sweetie but couldnt answer any question I ever asked him. Seems to be totally in the dark at all times. Now, disregard the above and hire Charlie. Hes worth any extra trouble because he is not just a florist. He is a visionary and his vision will flow to every corner of your event. He did my daughters wedding Saturday night at the Ali Center View Pointe Hall. My daughter was very undecided and uninformed about flowers and needed MUCH guidance. Charlie took the reigns and steered her into unknown territory. When we walked in the room we gasped. Gorgeous, gorgeous! The guests all said they were the most beautiful flowers ever and sooooo different and creative. He has more fantastic props than anybody else we visited and knows how to create the "wow". Charlie simply doesnt know the meaning of ordinary. And the value is amazing. Much bang for your buck. Go Charlie! We love you. Keep on creating and turn over the mundane details to someone else. Not your forte- and this is a mama talking.

Ordered flowers in July, for my wedding in August. Gave him payment and the exact description of flowers. I called 2 weeks later to give them my ceremony coordinators contact info. My coordinator also called them 1 week before the wedding to let them know where and what time to deliver. THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY FLOWERS for my wedding. When I called them on the following Monday, I asked Charlie what happened and he responded that no one contacted him about delivery info., and they "assumed the wedding was off." I was dumbfounded--he LIED to me. When I told my coordinator, she let me listen to a voicemail that Charlie (florist owner) had left her about where he could park, when he delivered the flowers. This place is SHADY and UNRELIABLE.

THEY SEND A UGLY DEAD FLOWER TO MY AUNTS FUNERAL THAT WAS ORDERED YESTERDAY! THEY NEED TO BE SUED! THIS IS COMPLETE BULLCRAP! I SEE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS AND I CAN ONLY BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!
