I called in from out of state to have some flowers delivered and didnt have the best experience. I had questions and I have very little knowledge of flowers and that seemed to annoy the individual on the other end of the call. I did place an order for flowers but that was after taking extra time to call two other people for advice on what flowers to purchase. The flowers were nice but the customer service was terrible.

I needed to send flowers to a friend in the hospital in Louisville so I called In Bloom Again on a Saturday. I live in Florida and didnt know which Norton hospital she was in. The very helpful and patient man who took my order said not to worry that with her name and room number he would figure it out. And he did. The reports I got were that the arrangement was lovely. Thank you very much for your help.
