Once you receive flowers from Lavender Hill Floral, there’s really no going back to other shops. The beauty and design of each arrangement is simply unparalleled. They’re not just flowers; it’s truly an art. In fact, I always knew I would choose Lavender Hill Floral for my wedding, it was just a matter of finding the right guy first. ;-) Thankfully, they were willing to travel to my destination, work on location, and even support local vendors. I had a general color scheme in mind (sort of), but I left the rest of it in their hands and couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. The flowers even withstood the 90 degree Tennessee heat. From the ribbon on the stems to the unique blooms on the reception tables, the beauty was in the details! The shop also offers event styling services, day-of coordination, and event rentals (linens, vases, pergolas, etc.) They had everything we needed, and I can speak to the excellence of all the aforementioned services. With over 25 years in the industry, Lavender Hill is always professional and second to none. No matter the occasion, the setting, or the theme – the floral designs are always unique to your personality. If you’re looking for a cutting-edge designer, Lavender Hill is the one. No matter what your budget may be, you can relaxing knowing that your day is going to be gorgeous.

From the beginning to the end, Lavender Hill was amazing! I was drawn to Lavender Hill by the photos on their website. I knew what I wanted and after meeting with Carolyn, I also knew that everything would be exactly as I imagined! My husband and I were to be married in September of 2016, but due to medical reasons had to postpone the wedding. Carolyn worked around the short notice and was very accommodating to our circumstances. When we chose a new date, in a completely different season, Lavender Hill still followed through as promised with the flowers that were originally chosen. The flowers were delivered to the church on time and they were everything I imagined them to be. Thank you, Lavender Hill, for all your time and flexibility in helping to make my wedding day everything I had hoped for!

Called Lavender Hill for a "Get Well Soon" floral arrangement for a friend in Southern Indiana. I usually use florists in the Louisville area, and was unsure of Lavender Hills quality. I browsed their website, and found a nice, moderately priced arrangement. I called them up to order, but was told that they might have to substitute some flowers from the website example due to seasonality. I have played this game with florists before, where the substitutions are always a lower quality flower. Much to my surprise, they volunteered to text me an image of the arrangement to me before they deliver it. The arrangement was beautiful, and the recipient was very happy. Artistic arrangements, great customer service, and fair prices will keep me coming back to Lavender Hill!

I cant speak for the negative review below, but I have never had a bad experience with Lavender Hill. Any time I need to run in and get a quick gift for someone or just hit up downtown Jeffersonville, I always find myself having a pleasant experience in their shop. As for the friends I have who have actually used them for wedding services, I have never heard a single complaint from anyone, and all of the work Ive seen from Carolyn and the other ladies at LH has been stunning. My thoughts — you get what you pay for, and Ive always been very happy with the service and overall quality of flowers from Lavender Hill. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and based on what I saw of their wedding work, I would definitely use them for my own family members.

In a complicated twist of events, I found myself ordering an arrangement from Lavender Hill over the phone from Virginia, for a friend from San Francisco who happened to be in Louisville for the weekend. Every person I spoke to was kind, professional, and prompt. When the day of the order came, there was confusion about where my friend was staying and Lavender Hill went out of their way to ensure she got the flowers in hand at the correct hotel and even went above and beyond with the design of the arrangement to follow my whimsical thought process. After the fact, they then sent me a photo of the arrangement and it is to die for. I highly recommend this business based on their customer service as well as their creativity.

I had a scheduled appointment to meet with lavender hill and she told me she would get the quote back to me in less than a week for my wedding flowers. So when a week came around, i called to see where the quote was and she said that she would resend it.. which apparently she forgot about it bc i got a quote with one lump sum for my flowers, not a detailed quote about how much each particular item would cost (i.e. bridesmaids bouquet, boutineers, etc.) and to top it off she was outrageously priced.. i got the same arraingements i requested from them from a new albany florist for $1000 less. And to top it off the lady at lavender hill was just plain rude. DONT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!

I was in a wedding this past weekend. Bride was very disappointed with all the flower arrangements and bouquets. She had specifically asked for no roses in any of the arrangements and found all arrangements with roses. Her centerpiecies were much smaller than anticipated. When brought to attention the the florist we were told nothing could be done. Basically the bride had to deal with what had been brought. Very upsetting considering how much time and money was spent and that she had to settle on her wedding day.

Called from Nashville to send a thank-you gift to a sales rep. First sent email. Received reply within the hour. Called. They had a nice set up within my price range. I asked if they could deliver that day. No problem. They did. I asked if they coudl shoot a pic of the arrangement and they did two and emailed them to me immediately. 100% satisfaction, worth every penny. I dont know what the problem was the one bad review but you cant please some people.

I used Lavender Hill for my wedding. I ordered flowers only for the ceremony and used tiger lilies as my main flower. They were very quick getting me in for an appointment and very knowledgable on the flowers. I do not know much about flowers so was thankful for their knowledge. They delivered my flowers on time and they were absolutely beautiful!! I couldnt have asked for anything better!
