I ordered flowers for a funeral the day before visitation and the arrangement was not there when it started. We had to call in and flowers arrived 15 minutes after visitation started. I was also told that the choice I made for flowers would contain some roses and it was carnations and greenery. (Not 1 rose)The arrangement was nice, just not what I had been told. Our only experience with this company was very disappointing.
