Very poor professionalism. While I admit that I didnt give them enough time. I called needing a corsage in 24 hours. They gladly accepted and said that I could pick up my arrangement after 3:00 p.m. the next day. I arrived at just after 3, and it wasnt ready. They said it would be another 30 minutes. I said no problem and said that I would be waiting in my car. I went back in at 3:30, giving them the 30 minutes. They had made my arrangement out or bright pink flowers and yellow ribbon, when I asked for white flowers and yellow ribbon. I simply walked away, and on my way out, the florist said, "Well it is your fault for waiting so long." Is that what a business owner says to a customer? My reply was simple, "Excellent business owner! " THey very simply could have told me yesterday, that they wouldnt be able to fill my order. But they didnt and then they tried to blame it on me. That is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion.

Have used Flowers, Flowers for years and never encountered any problems- always pleased with the arrangements Ive sent to others and the ones Ive gotten for my own home- beautiful fresh flowers and breathtaking silks- only once I had something sent to friends that couldnt be delivered, because my friends were away on a trip- when they returned, a fresh arrangement arrived and I was able to see it- and it was much more than I expected. This shoppe, its owner and employees, go the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Best service ever. Called at 0930 and placed the order. It was delivered before lunch. The fastest service ever with a decent price. Highly recommend this florist to anyone. I will definitely use them again the next time I upset my wife.
