I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a birthday today. The arrangement that was ordered was a very pretty arrangement showing pinks and yellows and a variety of flowers; however the arrangement that was delivered was terrible. It was embarrassing to even give the arrangement to my friend. I called and my bill was credited completely and I give the company kudos for that (although John wasnt the most friendly when I told him the arrangement was not worth even $25 dollars and I paid $50!). I would not feel comfortable ordering from this company again. The arrangement was NOTHING like the order placed. The vase was a different color and didnt resemble the vase I ordered, the flowers were not the same quality or color flowers ordered. There was nothing comparable with the flowers delivered and the flowers ordered. This was very disappointing. I dont understand why flowers are advertised and nothing is the same when you receive it.

We ordered flowers through the funeral home for my dads funeral. They used Victor Mathis. We had an arrangement with pink carnations. Carnations are a hearty flower and can last for weeks, even the ones I buy at Kroger. The casket arrangement was delivered the day of visitation as scheduled. By the middle of visitation the edges of the petals started turning brown. The next morning, DAY of funeral, the flowers looked dead. My mother cried and cried because my father deserved better than that. We complained and about $75 was refunded of the nearly $300 arrangement. One year later, the wilted pink carnations are what my mother remembers about his funeral. He didnt deserve that. I would NEVER use this florist ever again.

There were so many fresh flowers used for my wedding is dont even know where to start.. quite a lot were vintage white and if handled wrong could be bruised and ruined.. but in the hands of these professionals everything was absolutely stunning...they delivered them to the church on time and with no problems or worries... 4 days after the wedding they are still beautiful and now decorating my home... I couldnt be happier with my experience and would recommend them over and over again... thank you all..

Our hometown is Louisville, but have lived in Texas for over 30 years. With many family and friends residing in "Derby City", we have sent many flower arrangements for many years through Victor Mathis, always calling the orders in from Texas. Never a late delivery, never a complaint on the freshness, and ALWAYS compliments on the beauty and freshness of the flowers. We would not think of using any other florist in Louisville, and only wish we had them in Texas!

Nice Arrangement and Customer Service! My husband had Victor Mathis create this darling arrangement for me to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is by far my favorite arrangement compared to others Ive gotten in the past. Add to that the customer service we received when there was a small glitch, puts this florist on the top of our list for future orders. Thank you!
