Terrible customer service. I wish I could attest to the flower quality, but unfortunately, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and unprofessional that I decided not to purchase and went with Pennys (who was incredibly friendly and helpful) instead. She was short with me and had an awful attitude, which is unfortunate and very unnecessary. Life is too short for that, and I will never support a company who allows their employees to treat customers that way.

I live in Georgia and send flowers to my loved one in Greenfield on a regular basis. Beautiful Beginings is by far the best Florist I have ever done business with. The arrangements were always perfect. It is hard to find a business that will do you right when you are in another state but Brenda and her team always out did my expectations.
