I called to have flowers delivered to a good friend of mine whos mother recently passed away. While I was on the phone talking to the gentleman who answered, I was so impressed. I live in the middle of Wisconsin and he was so helpful, kind and understanding. I was crying during the call and he was so patient with me. I highly recommend this florist -- their customer service skills are incredible. To have had such great service from 600 miles away was more than impressive. THANK YOU.

My Mom and I live in different states, some three hundred miles apart. When I can afford it, I will order her flowers and I always use Glasgow Flower. They do an excellent job and my Mom always gushes about how beautiful the flowers are and that they last awhile. I feel good knowing that I am supporting a local business there and that my Mom will be able to enjoy her gift for longer than a few days.

I ordered a funeral arrangement from the website, however I received a call saying they didnt have that particular arrangement and offered suggestions. I agreed as long as was a nice piece. I was sadly disappointed in the plain plant with a small bow on it. I wont be using them again.
