I ordered a bouquet for my wife to celebrate our 15th anniversary. I chose to use FTD to have a local florist deliver the flowers to avoid sending "boxed" flowers offered by some companies as well as to support local businesses. First, the flowers were left at a neighbors house because my wife was not aware they were being delivered, no courtesty call before attempting to deliver...nice surprise having the neighbor drop off flowers! Adrienes is less than 4 miles away so a quick phone call or a note left to redeliver would have been a much more professional approach. Next, my wife received the flowers and noticed that the box around the base of the flowers was soaking wet, and opened it to discover that the vase was cracked all the way around the base. She called Adriens and was told that a new vase would be sent, but it would be delivered the follwing day and that she should "find something else to put the flowers in" until a new vase could be delivered...so much for not having to arrange "boxed" flowers and being able to just enjoy them. This call was made at 2:30pm so not sure why they could not have just brought out another vase right then. Next, I was traveling so I asked my wife about the quality of the flowers and found that instead of the 25 stem bouquet I purchased, she received 11 roses and 6 lillies for a total of 17 stems...33% fewer flowers than ordered. I contacted FTD directly since Adrienes refused to correct the issue and FTD contacted them and then called me back to tell me that Adrienes refused to correct the issue beyond offering to bring out a replacement vase the following day. FTD ordered a new bouquet from another florist, so even though I ordered flowers for this special occaision 3 weeks in advance, my wife will now get her flowers 3-4 days after our anniversary. THANKS Adrienes for ruining a milestone event and causing both my wife an I all of the extra calls to resolve a simple issue! The total price of this order including delivery was $97...in the future I will save money, time, and frustration and go with the online "boxed" flower delivery.

My dad, who is a very classy man, ordered an expensive gift basket for me and my family for Christmas. I know his style very well as he has sent many corporate gift baskets to clients he had all over the world. So I was horrified when I opened the contents of our basket to find cheap gifts and contents, most with prices on them or obviously from the dollar store. There were rice crispy squares and special k bars, lance toast chee crackers with peanut butter, all in lunch bag packaging, Halloween mini-sized cheap chocolates, and dried cranberries in a bag labelled $1. The beverage was Welchs sparkling grape juice. There was a nice small cookie jar and very small candle holder, and ten pieces of decent looking fruit. Im not sure what the overhead is but I know my dad got fleeced yet I havent told my dad about it because I know he would get upset. I know this is Noblesville, but really??!! Lets get a little with the times and figure out what a classy basket looks like. Familiarize yourselves with higher end products and dont be cheap because that will come back to bite you. I know Ill never order through Adriennes ever again and I will let my sister suggest to our dad other places to order through.

I ordered funeral flowers and wanted the ones on the internet. I raised the amount for more roses to be added to the flowers. I asked for them not to put the pink roses in because he was a Great Man in your area of Noblesville. It was 85.00 dollars and I decided to attend the funeral to find this arrangement so ugly and no roses. I thought they sent someone elses flowers. Everyone took flowers but, left them and this shows you how ugly they were. Instead of roses they had placed a big white snowball flower in the middle along (now remember) I requested no pinks. The Gerber Dasies were purple/pink and there were only 4. They said they were rushed that day but, I had ordered a week ahead. I have never sent flowers like this before, I am known for my flowers and how beautiful they were. Not this time. I will never order from them again. Poor business even though you returned $32.00 on this order. I am still upset.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for her Birthday through FTD. I live in California, she is in Indianapolis. They were to be sent via Adrienes in Noblesville. FIRST COMPLAINT: They sent me a message saying the flowers had been delivered when IN FACT THEY HAD NOT. SECOND COMPLAINT: The driver contacted my girlfriend to confirm her address. THIRD COMPLAINT: NO FLOWERS DELIVERED. I am not sure what kind of business you are running but I feel 100% scammed by Adrienes. I would advise ANYONE reading this review to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I will also not recommend FTD to anyone ever again as they use this pathetic excuse of a florist. This didnt just aggravate me by making me have to call and see why it said delivered when they werent, but it ended up making me angry when I just tried to do something nice for someone and Adrienes dropped the ball BIG TIME. Again, dont waste your time or money here... MAJOR FAIL.

Avoid this place... My wife just sent me a photo of what she received and the flowers werent even in the same ballpark as to what was ordered... poor looking flowers and not anywhere near the number of flowers depicted into eh photo. I had upgraded to "premium" to get the nice full bouquet... the lady I spoke with just said that they "doctor" the photos and they do not really depict the true bouquet. She just said it had been filled to prescription for that bouquet and wouldnt do anything for me. So we are left with a garbage bouquet of flowers with her openly saying that the photos dont actually reflect what youre buying. Obviously this was very frustrating and Im hopeful now that others check these reviews and believe them. Poor flowers, inaccurate photos, and poor customer service was my own personal experience with them

I received a bouquet of tulips from Adrienes. They were purchased by my husband via the website. When I received them they were very poor looking, all droopy and just sad. Horrible arrangement, really. I called my husband who called the Adrienes immediately and they said, "Theyll perk up with some water. Try putting some ice in the water." Hours later, nothing. They still are saggy. He called the store back again after I told him that there were only 8 tulips. There were supposed to be 13!!! They were supposed to be red/pink and these are red purple and yellow. When he called back they requested that I bring them in to the store and they would replace them? HORRIBLE customer service. Manager even cursed on the telephone. Will NEVER purchase from this place again.

This is so sad.Ive used this florist on several occasions,the last couple wasnt perfect but not horrible.This week I lost my life long friend adopted sister.I called for flowers to be delivered.The day of the service they still wasnt there I called said they had trouble with the people they use there.They called someone else who hastily threw together a nothing plant with three horrific huge daisy type flowers stuck in it.It arrived right before service.I was so embarrassed,if rather had the nothing than this.I paid quite a bit to be totally mortified.will never call here again will advise others to use anyone else.If it been in my right mind Id chosen more wisely based on the last experience here.I hate this because I support local businesses.not here ever.
