They must give you a better display of flowers if you know them. I ordered flowers for someones birthday. The card only had a name at the bottom, no happy birthday or anything although she knew what they were for. They sure made it known on the front of the card to largely display their business name and who it came from was in small lettering and on the back. Although the recipient liked it (very humble) I saw a puny display of flowers in a tiny vase. Definitely not worth the money I paid for them and I will not recommend this business to anyone nor will I use them again.

I called in from out of state. Great customer service and decent prices. They went out of their way for a trouble-free pick-up I arranged after correcting a small misunderstanding. My mother told me the flowers were wonderful, and they lasted over a week. I have found my go-to florist in Franklin, rather than national companies.

I have been a customer for many years. Even when I lived out of state, I used Bud and Bloom. This is the place to go for flowers. I have NEVER disappointed.
