Not great with problems. My husband ordered something for me and I wasnt home when it was delivered. They left it with my neighbor who insisted he wouldnt be home to give it to me. They left it with him anyway. When I called to complain they told me theyd go pick it up from my neighbor the next day and re-deliver it. First of all Im upset my neighbor was pressured into taking it. Secondly it seems weird that theyd want to pick it up and then redeliver it instead of just making a new one to deliver. Not impressed.

These are unique gifts which are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. Best to view the website first. I ordered and picked up at the store. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to personally give a "Thank You" arrangement to the Guidance Counselors at Whiteland HS. They *loved* their delicious gift; it just hit the spot during AP Exams.

I ordered an arrangement for my nieces get well- they delivered same day and made attempts to drop off at neighbors (5times) homes to make sure she had it same day! Very polite and prompt- appreciated their effort.
