Since the first day of school, I have sent my daughter flowers or baloons or a cake on her birthday. She has lived in Murray, Bowling Green, Campbellsville and now Hodgenville. Never has it been late. I ordered her flowers the day of her birthday to be sent that day. I ordered them at 10:00 to make sure there was plenty of time to get them to her. I was so disappointed and upset when I found out at 9:00 pm on her birthday that she had never received the flowers or a call from the flower shop. When I called the flower shop the next day I was told that sometimes the internet lags behind and they do not get it on time. I work on a computer everyday and I have never had that happen. I would have expected them to add a box of candy or something to make up for their mistake but they offered nothing. My suggestion is never use this online florist if you want it delivered on time.

Wonderful customer service over the phone! I called needing to send an arrangement to the hospital, and I had no idea what I wanted to do. The kind lady that I spoke with was very personable, and provided great knowledge and ideas. Thank you Mulberry Florist!
