It doesnt matter what others say about how stellar the end results are supposed to be with this retailer. If it is a not a satisfying experience from START to finish it is not worth it to me when I have to spend a minimum of $50 for flowers to be delivered a couple miles away from them. They act like they are doing you a BIG favor, their telephone manner is rude. You hang up the phone after placing the order and think "Gees, I dont feel good about this, I cant put my finger on it but I just dont like the way the call went and how I was treated even though all the words were right their manner was just condescending and rude.". Just call back and cancel the order and call someone else. Youll feel so much better that you didnt settle for being the one that they let their guard down with and rested on whatever laurels they seem to think they have.

I have ordered floral arrangements with Daylily (Cascade location) for many years and have always had a great experience. The flowers are fresh, creative and artistic, not your typical Teleflora arrangements, you will be pleasantly surprised. I have used Daylily for funerals, celebrations, offices, weddings, events, etc. They are always willing to create a design for you or allow you to pick exactly what you would like. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have buying flowers for my wife for 35 years. Most of the time I purchase from a grocer or a close buy local florist. This past year I decided to use Daylily and I dont think that I will go anywhere else. They produce beautiful and unusual arrangements that my wife loves. They fill our home with beauty and wonderful smells. I recommend Daylily to my friends for their great arrangements and wonderful service.

Bitter Disapointment
Ordered a holiday arrangement , I chose from there online pictures and paid for the premium size, $85.00 .What was delivered was a tiny arrangement of unopened blossoms, 3 days later one opened and the rest turned brown and wilted. When I called with my complaint I was told they were short lasting flowers....Roses? really. Should have called Eastern Floral!

I called to verify that my flowers were delivered and the lady who checked literally hung up on me after saying "they were delivered..." I was honestly in the middle of saying thank you. I really dont appreciate rudeness no matter how pretty the flowers are. It leaves such a bad vibe for me. Ill go elsewhere next time.

I attended a fundraising event in GR recently; the table centerpieces and floral arrangements were designed by the Creative Team from Daylily Floral. They were breathtakingly beautiful!!! Kudos to Mary Thomson and her team at Daylily! Will definitely be calling Daylily with my own floral needs.
