Disappointed!! I got my car wash this morning, got the best wash deal they have for almost $30 bucks ( guy said this is the best one and they do a great job cleaning all the areas). I was really surprised when my car was done in literally 10 mins!!! If its the best service then it cant be just 10 mins... I was in rush and made a mistake to ignore it and didnt take a good look at car. Moment I get home (after driving max 3 miles from the place, in case you wondering a probably drove all day) I noticed that tires still have a lot of dirt stuck on it, door handles were still dirty, opened all the door to find out inside of doors was still dirty. I have never had such bad service which is why I felt like have to review this place; given that it has such good ratings I hoped it will be really that good. Not sure if I had a bad luck or what but definitely not going to this place for detailing or even this "up the ally" car wash. Might go for basic wash that too if I have no other option.

Seeing the good reviews, I decided to try this place out. I ordered the Win car wash and overall the automated car wash did a good job in cleaning BUT once the car came out, the personnels did NOT bother to hand dry and did an extremely poor job in wiping down the windows causing water marks all over the body and window. Also, they left a puddle of mud on the carpet. Im just glad I have a weathertech floor liners so it was easy to clean up the mess they created. My advice is, just get the simple car wash and do the hand drying, windows and interior yourself. The Win car wash was DEFINITELY NOT worth the price.

Ive been visiting the car wash for years but have recently started using the service part of the business and it is very good. They are very eager to please and quite knowledgeable and have been less expensive than the previous service place I used in several instances. I highly recommend Hambletonian for all your automotive needs! AND the gift shop ROCKS; a perfect place to shop for hostess gifts, bridal or birthday gifts. Laureen & team always choose the most interesting, unusual and high quality gifts. Go there to shop even if you arent having your car washed!

Really liked the tunnel, it has quality equipment including the soap and wax dispenser which sprays evenly and covers the whole area of the vehicle before cleaning. Also was very impressed with the wheel cleaning brush! However, when it comes to staff I was a bit disappointed... I bought the wash, vacuum, dash and all window cleaning for 18.25$ after tax. The back window of my Lexus was not touched and the dash still has dust on it. Not as thoroughly cleaned as I expected for this price... in other words, a great facility with average service.

Just left from there, highly pissed off. $35 for a car wash and the car wasnt even clean... I asked them to dry my car as the Back end was never dried what so ever and they proceeded to laugh at me and curse me in Spanish not realizing I understood Spanish . I dried the car myself , as I finished and got in my car the one worker approached me and asked if I would be coming back !!! Are you kidding me?? I told him I would never return and anyone I know will not be returning either . Word of advice : dont waste your $$$$$$$

Worst service ever! Needed a car wash today, was told to find another car wash. I was told this by not only the employee at the Wash bay, but the lady inside. Find another car wash, no problem I will. Lost not only my business, but everyone else I know. As long as your not washing cars today, maybe have a team meeting about customer service and how to speak to your customers.

Just had my van detailed and the job was awesome! The crew went to great lengths to make my van look like new! I felt like I had received the white glove treatment. And I can always find great gifts and greeting cards in the gift shop; always something unique for special gift giving. Thank you Hambletonian Auto Spa!

Im sorry but the service was horrible the car was suppose to vacuumed and they missed so much. I payed extra to have my mats washed and dryed and they must have used sewer water my brand new car stunk. And my windows were barley cleaned. For the money I spent it should have been better.

Awful. Barely cleaned car. Found hair, dirt, ash, etc still in my car after paying for a thorough inside and out cleaning. Even too lazy to put the right mats back on the proper sides. First and last time here.
