I had my car repaired at this location. First I was told I needed a water pump. After that was fixed, I was told I needed a serpentine belt. After the serpentine belt was replaced, I was then told that I needed a crank pulley. Almost $800 later, I picked up my car. There was some shaking which was one of the reasons that I initially brought the car in for service. In addition, the car was filthy inside from oil (the steering wheel cover, car mat, and the door). I called and spoke with the manager. After the conversation that I had with him, Im still wondering how he obtained his position as a manager. He did not apologize not one time. All he did was point fingers at his employees. As a manager, you should apologize and do what you can to resolve the matter. I dropped my car off again today. They call me to tell me that they have to do diagnostics and its going to cost $90!!! Why should I have to pay for diagnostics when my car was just there and still having the same problem?!! They already took $800 from me and gave me back my car unfixed. I dont know what type of business these people are running. This place sucks!!! I will never get my car serviced here again , and I will make sure all my friends and family stay away from this place. They are a bunch of rip-offs. In the process of fixing one thing, they break something else. They have a bunch of idiots working there. Im no mechanic but I think I can do a better job. Next time I will fix my own car!!

I bought 4 new tires and they put in , after I got my car the TPMS light came on I checked the tires the air pressure was 40psi it had to be 32psi!?!!!!!! After the the light gone but next day came on again. I dont know how they put the pressure that high also i went back they checked it was 2 sensor not working!!!!! I dont know if it this the reason for missed up the sensor or something else. Anyway I am not happy it looks they are hiring people need too much training !???? Thanks Mike store manager .he called me to come over the store and he checked the sensors no damages but the sensors battery one of them went bad. Anyway i am satisfied and I changed to 5 stars Mike store manager is very helpful. Thanks Mike . Again

Worst Service, even worse customer service. Bought parts online and called store before ordering for price on installation. Guy asked for year/make/model and quotes a price of $15. Called and confirmed price from new person in service before going for pickup. When paid for parts and went for installation in Service department, the price was $66 !!! 4-times over the quoted price. Guy says someone made a mistake - BS. They just harrassed the customer and wasted my time. I would NEVER get anything serviced at this location. They just lost a a customer.

DROPPED CAR OFF ON A SATURDAY ABOUT 4:15 EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEY SAIN NO PROBLEM THEY WILL HANDLE IT. 8:00 THEY CLOSED AND NO ONE EVEN CONSIDERED LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE. SUNDAY MORNING AND STILL IN THE SAME SPOT AND MIND YOU THEY ARE BRINGING CARS IN AND OUT BUT MINE IS STILL WAITING ON THAT A TECH SO IM GUESSING THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS B C AND D QUALIFIED. USED MY LAST FREE TOW TO HAVE THE CAR TAKEN TO FIRESTONE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY HAD HER UP AND RUNNING IN 2 DAYS.

I have been a customer of pep boys for a while now, and to be honest the only reason i go there is because of their Employees. They are very professional and know what they are talking about. They also have a very good service manager (Branko Banic). If you want to treat your car to a great service this is the place to go to and and ask for Branko or Jeffrey, they are the best, as well as this pep boys location.

I asked for wheel alignment. They tried to charge me for the evaluation by saying that my car might have suspension problem which really is bogus. The guys just want to rip off people to spend on women on their weekend parties. Why should I pay for their fun? I went to Pepboys in Texas and it was a opposite experience.

I had a bad experience, they broke the cover to my wheel rim. I was there to buy tires and they claimed they could not remove my wheel. After breaking my wheel cover they did not to help me. I went else where for my tire. I plan to go back and register my complaint with management. I am very disappointed with Pep Boys!

I have no complaints. I bring my Mercedes and Honda here and when I had an Acura too. They always have what I need & the customer service was very good. 2 weeks ago I needed my back brake light replaced on my Mercedes truck & I they charged me less $$$ then going to Starbucks for coffee & a pastry.

When me and my mom came here, we were able to get in and get out with the salesman, but when we were about to pay, the cash register guy took a male customer before us, even though me and my mother were first. Did not like that at all and will only come back if Pep Boys as a last resort.

The most well stocked and neatest store of its kind Ive ever visited. Customer service is outstanding with a staff that is knowledgable, polite, and anxious to help...My visit on April 25, 2011 has made me a customer for life..Thanks Pep Boys.. Well Done!

Had a slow leak on my tire. Got there at 9 am on Sunday to get it fix. So far I am waiting 1,1/2 hrs and they still did not tell how long it will be to get a tire plug. Will never bring my car back to pep boy for service. The service suck in union.

This is the one car place in NJ I depend on for my car. The staff is patient and are all super cool if you get to know them. All the car guys know their stuff, are never trying to pull anything funny and they finally got WIFI so the wait is a breeze!

Call ahead to make sure the deals they advertise are available at this location. I went to replace the tires on my girlfriends car and they were advertising a buy 3 get 1 free deal. Get there, and they do not have the tires in stock.

I tried to purchase a part and install it and the store clerk and its manager could not find the part even though I have them the part number and sku number off their own website. They were not trying to make money at all.
