Very nasty young men that was on duty when I walked in on 06/18/2017 between the hrs of 6:45 and 7:00 I called before I got there to find out if they changed brake lights, the associate over the phone said yes and asked what is the make and model of my car. Got there and they were reluctant to assist . I paid for my lights and was told someone will be with me shortly. Stood there for 5 mins and then I asked the young man at the register who is coming to fix the lights he pointed to another associate in the aisle, I walked over there and I asked if he was coming to fix my lights he then shouted at the other guy to go fix the lights and stop playing, the other associate responded by saying hes not fixing the lights, then he change his mind and told me to come on. I asked if I should go somewhere else and he did not answer but had a silly smirk on his face. He went on to replace one light but said he couldnt change the other one. Very bad customer service. Would never shop there again.

Why do you need a vin number for a light bulb? Went there to get a tail light bulb. These people honestly have no clue what they are doing. I gave them the make, model & year, but they requested the vin number. This idiot types in the vin number and its not found. Instead of having proper customer service and stating that he cant find it, he stands there looking dumb. I also agree about the kids rolling around on the floor and acting crazy. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere and headed to Pep Boys. I told them what I needed, they gave to to me and even installed it. Go to Pep Boys.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by nice people, they took my alternator for test and within minutes they told me it was bad. I could hear it on their machine and knew it was bad myself. They ordered my new alternator and notified me when it came in. Nice people

Ordered online to pick up at this store. I received the email saying the order was ready for pick up. When i got there they didnt have it ready and once Im home I realized they gave me the wrong part! Was it really that hard?
