Long story short lastnight i got there after work within 15 mins before the store closed! Walked in one of the 2 male employees asked if I need any help since store was closing soon! I said no since I knew which light bulb I needed for my brakes. Then the same male asked if I was paying cash or card, I told them cash! Next the 2 male employees started whispering to each other but I can hear them talking about audits! Grab the light bulb walk up to cash register to be told they not accepting cash only card(minded the male employee who asked cash or credit before was counting the cash out the register so why didnt u stop when i said cash?). Are u serious! Why because your trying to leave as soon as the store closes! Most people close register when the store hours actually say they are closed not went they want too without a lack of care to help a customer and the situation. At a time i didnt have a card on me for a 7 dollar piece! Known of my employee at my business leave when the storefront closes! Best part i was pulled over on my way home for the missing brake light that your employees didnt sell to me! With that being said I will make corporate complaint too. Im sure autozone would like to hear about their employees especially a manager shutting down early so they can leave on time for their personal interest!

Employees here are ghetto and because of that their customer service skills arent the best. One day you can be in and out in 10min and another day your waiting in line for 30min while all the employees are stairing at you pretending to be busy and run in the back to hide. I know drive to a further Autozone just because the employees their are a million times better.

This store is great! Victor was super helpful in putting on my new windshield wipers & reattaching my license plates. Additionally when I needed help finding another kind of service, he was quick to refer a good place. I am so glad i stopped in and I know if i ever need anything else I will be coming back! Thanks again for being awesome.

The two older gentleman were very attentive to my needs. Instead of just making the sale, they took time to show and explain to me what my options were. They checked my battery and were very accommodating.

Horrible customer service. Unfriendly staff and these guys were backed up when they only had 6 customers in the store. Giving staff some training and some english lessons wouldve helped.
