I purchased a battery and a alternator about two years ago. The sales man at the time misspelled my name. He also did not put the correct phone number. At the time I did not make a big deal about it because I did not plan to keep the car this long. I came to the store of course they couldnt find my information due to the sales man error. They kept trying different options but they could not find it. I spoke to a manager guissppie and he was not helpful at all. He clearly seen that I did purchase the battery and the alternator around 2015 and said he was not able to do anything for me. I could not take no for an answer because as a manager my self we are to help the customer or come up with a soultion. He just did not care. In retail business its all about the customer. Im not understanding how he is a manager with this kind of service. Unfortunately I was angry and called corporate office because this is unacceptable. I spoke to a Joel and he spoke with another manager from the same location named Cristian. Joel stated to me he will come up with a solution. I went back to the store and told cristian my situation. He was very understanding and willing to help. He also had other customers waiting in line but continue to assist me as calm and professionally.( he was the only associate there and was calm)! He advised me that he would do whatever to ensure I was satisfied. Cristian took care of me and everything worked out. We need more managers like cristian working in our autozone stores. Very professional and courteous. THANK YOU CRISTIAN AND CONTINUE TO Take Care of your customers. Awesome job! Zero stars for guisspee and 5 starts for Cristian.

Watch out for a young guy who goes by Frank. I asked him what was the difference between Duralast battery and Duralast Gold battery, he hesitated for a moment, then looked straight at me and told me with a straight face the only difference was warranty. I asked him again giving him a chance to come clean, but he stuck to what he said before. Frank please educate yourself and/or stop deceiving your customers, so much for knowledgeable and professional service.

Last week I was in the area on business and inadvertently locked my keys in my rental car. Mohammed, the manager, was so sweet and so helpful. He arranged for a service to come out and within 15 minutes, my car was unlocked, my keys found, and I was back in business. Thank you so much! If you want friendly, good service, go to this Autozone!

I am a longhaul trucker, I had a broken fanbelt and they brought one to me that fit my truck, I was on the Jersey turnpike broke down. Wow Im a new mechanic, I when to buy some supplies for my new shop today 7-19 the kid at the register was extremely and talking behind my back and all I wanted was to buy supplies I would never go here again or recommend this place. Dude with a short afro and a waist supporter.

This place has terrible service. Go there if you have a lot of patience because you will very likely have to stand around for 10-20 minutes to make a purchase. Staff members will hide from customers or talk and bullshit with them for 10-15 minutes. This particular place sucks

When I walked in the door I was greeted but I was not asked if I needed help, which I did. I asked one of the guy stocking the aisle for what i was looking for and he walked me to the correct aisle and help me with what I needed.
