My wife and I leased a new 2017 Lincoln MKX from Bluebonnet Lincoln. Our sales consultant, Jeffrey McCullough, worked with us throughout the process and provided excellent service and options for us to make the deal happen. We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and feel that we were treated in a most positive manner. I would recommend Jeffrey with no reservations. This is our second Lincoln MKX purchased at Bluebonnet Lincoln. Both times we were treated fairly and given the attention we needed to meet our needs. All our vehicle service needs have been performed efficiently and thoroughly by both the service department and Quick Lane. All of the staff at Bluebonnet Motors, Inc. have been most helpful and courteous each and every time. I am happy to be one of their loyal customers and appreciate them being a local dealership. I am leaving this 1star review as it is the only recourse I have because Bill in Service is unwilling to budge in a charge that was not made aware to me before work had been done as I clearly told him needed to happen so that I could decide on whether or not to move forward. I have bought and owned brand new F150s since 1999 and religiously perform all routine maintenance, so know bluebonnet that although I had been satisfied with other aspects if your business I will NO LONGER be using your services for my Raptor or any other vehicles for that matter. I hope your swindled $95 dollars was worth the loss of my business, this poor review and my report to the militarys equivalent of the Better Business Bureau.

Lee Ramirez was my salesperson and he was fantastic! Highly recommended! I ordered a special vehicle on allocation, and he kept me updated on the status throughout. He even followed up to make sure I was happy with the vehicle after I had the vehicle for a few weeks (I am!!) I also worked with finance manager Mike Crawford, and he was top notch as well. Bonus - hes a gear head himself! Ive purchased several vehicles from Bluebonnet since coming to this area in 2001, and I have always been pleased. This was the best experience yet. Visit these guys - its worth the drive from SA.

I made a inquiry for a vehicle online for the posted price. I called to verify the price and the dealer said it was incorrect and would not honor it. They put the blame on someone else and said the price will be fixed within 24hrs. I spoke with the manager, he stated the dealership would not take a loss. I guess the money is more important than making the customer happy.
