I pass Stillman Volvo everyday going to work I would see many attractive vehicles out on the lot wondering if any had my name on it. My wife and I went to Stillman’s to ‘talk’ about Volvos. We met John Kennell who showed us several models. We were not familiar with the sizes and all the styles. John was very patient and professional. He answered my questions with clarity. You could tell he liked his products. My wife returned with her parents since it was important to have sufficient comfort and room for them and their walkers. They, as well as I were sold on the XC70. Not too big, not too small just right. John arranged a test drive and we were very happy with the ride, quietness of the cabin and all the features of the wagon. Our XC70 was delivered, prepped and inspected. John was prepared, had all the paper work in a binder to minimize any delays. We signed on the dotted lines and the XC70 was ours. John went over the functionality of the Volvo and programed our cell phones for hands free operation. We drove away very satisfied with the purchase. Part II Less than 1 week later my commuter vehicle started acting up and I needed a replacement. I had done much internet research on a replacement. I needed a smaller vehicle with good mileage and all wheel drive. As I reviewed additional vehicles I found myself leaning toward the S60. I called John up for a test ride. John’s continued professionalism and good customer rapport helped me make the deal Two Volvos in the driveway was not planned but my wife and I are pleased with the purchases from Stillman’s Volvo.

I love Stillman Volvo. I have purchased 2 cars from them. The sales staff, I feel,is honest and truly try to be helpful. As far as service, they are incredibly accommodating and I feel their policies are extremely fair. They have many courtesy cars but if you need to wait ( many services are done in less time so waiting is not bad) they have free WIFI and a room where you can set up and work. They also offer coffee, tea and bottled water....and if you come in the morning there are bagels and cream cheese and the bagels are delicious! ok....now have purchased 4 cars! 4thVolvo Stillman Volvo has been a friend to me since 2009. I first purchased a Used Volvo S60. Brad Stillman was extremely friendly and helpful. In 2012, I leased a new S60 T5 FWD and with my lease coming up in a few months, I called Brad to say what I would be looking for in another vehicle and to please call me when it was the right time and car. About a month later, Brad and his brother had a great deal and helped me get into an AWD S60. The whole dealership is extremely warm and inviting. If you need a loaner, it is quick and if you plan to stay, there is coffee, tea, bagels, WiFi and popcorn. Rob McKee and the whole service staff very accommodating and knowledgeable. Integrity. It is what I am looking for in a car dealership and Stillman Volvo has this.

Having grown up inside of and owned about ten different Volvos, I have had a lot of experience with different Volvo dealerships. Immediately when I walked in, I could tell that this dealership was different. There were museum-quality vintage Volvos scattered throughout the dealer and I was immediately greeted by the very knowledgeable staff. They made sure every step of the way that I was satisfied. The salesman, Kyle Butler, was absolutely excellent to deal with. Being a Volvo enthusiast, I was shocked that I actually learned some things from the salesman, as most of my experiences have been teaching them something about the car Im test driving. The process was friendly, quick and painless. I had to return the next day due to arriving too late at the dealership, and they even set me up with a loaner. Kyle stayed late both days to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with everything related to purchasing the vehicle. Even after the sale I forgot something in the loaner, and he set up to have it mailed back to me and checked up on my experience with the new vehicle. I consider myself an expert on Volvo dealerships, and this one certainly takes the cake. It was well worth my two-hour trip, passing several other Volvo dealerships.

Denise McElhiney is an outstanding sales associate. It was evident that it was important to her that we drove away with a strong understanding of the many features of our new car. She is knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to her customers. The service department is incredible. Every member of the service team is courteous, professional and has our complete trust. Paul Wisneski, the service manager, knows his customers and always works to resolve any issue. Greg Donaldson’s upbeat demeanor and sensitivity to his customers is greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Stillman Volvo and encourage Volvo buyers to make this their dealership. It is definitely ours!

I live in Raleigh, NC and was visiting my daughter in Lansdale, PA a month ago. My 2004 Volvo S80 broke down at the Longwood Gardens. Stillman happened to be the closest Volvo dealership so I had my car towed there on a Wednesday afternoon. They couldnt replicate the problem that afternoon so they offered to keep the car overnight and have one of their mechanics drive the car home and back to the dealership the next morning. In the meantime, Stillman gave me a ride in a courtesy car to my daughters residence in Lansdale. Peter Raleigh, NC The next day, they called and said they had no problems overnight. I went to pickup the car expecting to pay a couple of hundred dollars for the service. I was charged ZERO because they found no problem! How about that! I told them if I took it to my local Volvo dealer in Raleigh, NC I would have been charged $ 130.00 for the diagnostics and another $ 200.00 or so for the labor to drive the car and keeping it overnight. I know this is long winded, but Stillman treated me like I had purchased my Volvos from them for 30 years! Friendly, fast, and honest are the words I would use to describe their treatment.

Class Act! We visited Stillman Volvo after being told by another Volvo dealer that they couldnt help us lower the sticker price. We arrived right before closing. We were met by Robert Corse, and instead of telling us they were closing in 15 minutes, he told us to take all the time we needed to look at, discuss, and test drive the car. Once inside, Frank had no problem helping us to reach our goal, and Denise was a lovely, happy presence helping Robert with our paperwork. As my husband and I were trying to figure out a way to get back to Stillman the next day to retrieve our new but used car, Robert made arrangements for us to drive it home THAT night. Youre probably wondering about the last minute detailing. Robert gave us an IOU to come back at a later date that would suit us. These three exemplary employees stayed well beyond closing time to ensure I was happy. Talk about teamwork and customer satisfaction! They definitely made a new lifelong customer in us that evening, and although the dealership is not that close to our house, we will be making the drive to service our car! Thank you for your stellar service, Stillman Volvo team!
