Wish I could leave a great review, unfortunately I cannot. I bought a car from them and they obviously know the many issues the car had. When I called them they turn a deft ears, I text no response, I went in and they brush me off. I paid almost 12,000.00 for the car. The signals dont work, the service engine light is on since I bought it, all the moldings on the car are missing and I did not see that when I purchased it. Water is getting into the car and I wanted them to take care of the issues since I noticed them and i cant get no one to talk to. Boss is always away and at auctions etc. I never did business with the boss or know who the boss is but they either want me to come back at nigh or instantaneously as if I dont have obligations of my own. 2 days after I purchase the car I went back with it and was told they will call after speaking to the Boss. I have not had that follow up response yet. I still send it the payments but I wrote on the check what my issues were because I could not get response or any one to respond to my issues and request. They refused to deposit the check and then waited ten days and call to tell me that I will be charged 50.00 late charges because they could not cash my check. The temporary stickers they gave me expires and they have not call me to discuss it. I called them and they are telling me the boss is at an auction and cannot guarantee when he is going to be back or able to talk with me. All my years driving and buying cars, this is my worst experience. The car feels like a dead weight for me, dont like to see it or drive it. I own a car I cant drive, no sticker or plate and no one is giving me customer service or help. I am 62 years old and for them to sell me the lemon and trying to avoid me and just want me to keep paying is wrong. I paid 5,000.00 down and paying 300.00 per month and the car is vibrating, signals dont work, need servicing , all the moldings are missing , water getting in and caused frosting (bad visibility), dashboard cracked and open space everywhere. Car shuts off a few times and they dont want to do anything. "AS IS"........People beware, thats the terms used to stick consumers. Watch out for every details before signing. Dont go by what they verbally tell you. They told me that $5,000.00 is required for my deposit and that it will cover tax, tags and plates. After I signed all papers. They put another paper in front of me saying I have to pay service fees, tag and taxes. Thats a problem. I was expecting to pay only the $5,000.00. Now, they leave me with a LEMON CAR that I cant drive, they dont want to service the car, they have not done anything about my expired tags, I have to take cabs now. I cant drive the car (expired plates). Got to get a Lawyer, call the news media, take them to court or whatever help I can find. This is a living nightmare for me. BEST DEAL IS THE WORST DEAL

**Beware** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Visited this car lot, and saw what appeared to be a very nice Infiniti G-35 for my 18 year old daughter. Took it for a test drive, and it ran pretty good. Decided to purchase the car for $8000. Put a down payment of $4500 and financed the rest (in-house). Signing the paperwork & came across the vehicle damage report to which the dealer stated "The vehicle had a minor fender bender, which has been fixed. Not sure if it was the left or right, so I just have to check with the boss whos outside to put down the right information". Proceeded with the paperwork. She went in the back, and came back with my documents in an envelope. They offered a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, so out the door I went. A few days later, the engine light came on. Took it back, and he fixed it (or so I thought). Rode a few more days, engine light on again...took it back. On the 24th day, I told my daughter that the warranty was about to expire, and we needed to know what the real problem was. So I decided to take the car to Infiniti & find out. The technician came out and said "who did you buy this car from"? I replied "Best Deal Auto in New Castle". He said "Wow!! What a shame. This is a salvage car. The VIN number on the door doesnt even match the VIN on the engine. I can see a major part of the problem is electrical. The horn isnt even wired properly. Neither is the alarm. I suggest you take it back where you got it from". Furious, I returned to the dealer, told her my findings, and the same lady who sold me the car stated "I have your vehicle damage report right here. You and your daughter signed it, knowing it was a salvage car". The vehicle damage report which initially said "bumper damage" was written all over in large letters "SALVAGE TITLE...REBUILT VEHICLE". I was blown away!! Went home, opened up the envelope, and of course a copy of the vehicle damage report I signed was not in there! To end this awful story, I got a call from Geico, stating that the VIN number was the wrong VIN for that car. You cant get full coverage for a vehicle with a salvage title, so they changed 1 number on the VIN!!

***Beware*** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!! This is the worst experience I ever had. I visited this lot and became interested in this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee.Later I decided to purchase the car. Before I left off the lot they supposedly checked everything on the car and the fluids.Get home to find the sunroof not working and windshield wipers not working. Literally 2 days after having the car it wouldnt turn on so I had to get a jump from my neighbor. I went to Walmart to have them check the battery and found out it was bad so I had to end up purchasing a new one for $160!!!After they told me they put a new battery in the car !!! So the next day the dealership was open I asked for the boss and they would lie about who the boss was pretended he was outside but come to find out he was in New York the entire time !!!! I asked if they would give me a credit for purchasing the battery after they LIED and was told no because they couldve gotten a new battery for $35. I later came to an agreement with the boss and was given a $50 credit for the battery. Oh yeah and lets not forget to mention they didnt even give the car a oil change! So I took the car back and they gave it an oil change and fixed the sunroof. Now 3 months after having the car it starts overheating! I had the car towed there and they said that it needed a belt tensioner, new radiator, new oil filter and water pump was leaking. Got these things fixed and two days after having the car back home its not even starting !!!! They see you call and wont answer the phone or even bother to call you back. They claim that when they read the car theres nothing wrong with it ???? I also asked if the had a certified mechanic and they said they didnt know. . .This was my first time purchasing a car and the people there seemed really nice but are really CERTIFIED SCAMMERS!!!! As you can see they have NOTHING but BAD REVIEWS !!!! So Im WARNING you now . . . DONT DO IT !!! Take your money some place else save yourself some money and headaches! I wish there was an option to give them no stars !!!
