At first I thought what a great business! Very clean and helpful. The guy told me 20 minutes and I was stoked, they said they would charge it too! Well, I returned after a 2 hour breakfast and they handed me someone elses phone. Then said that it will be another 10 minutes... They hadnt even started working on it, nor did they charge it. I wait another 20 minutes and hear them tell everyone that comes in that it will be about 20 minutes. Poor business and even worse customer service. Got my phone back 2 hours and 20 minutes after dropping it off now with 10% battery, worse than when I dropped it off, and they charged me $130+. Rip off business ran by scrubs.

Top Notch - Levi & Miguel are laid back but know there stuff. Been here like 3 times, each time I crack my screen they take care of it. This last time the first screen they put on had a bit of a lag delay so they replaced it with a different one that worked. An extra trip but no big, all good now.

Tried to charge me extra after breaking my hard drive and trying to scam me into buying a new one when I had another independent repairman fix the current drive. This fiasco went on for over two weeks. They still are claiming the general manager isnt available to speak with for a refund.

Just dont go there. They dont keep their word on warranties and screens are bogus! Considering a lawsuit.
