I was talking on one of the phones in tmobile cause I was trying to cancel my line so a man who work their told me to use their phones cause I had to call and disconnect my line they current to it so the man hand me their phone from the store and I was talking to customer service on the phone when some family was gonna buy phones when a man who look to be the manager from tmobile told me what was I doing in that register on the phone? And I told him I was canceling my like and one of the guys from tmobile told me to be on this phone to talk to customer service and he told me u shurrent be here at all y are u their? He told me in a angry voice? I was like they send me here and he's like go to another phone at the end cause I need to help this people he told me in a angry tone? I was like okay so I move and I got to another phone and I told my boyfriend what just happen and my boyfriend told me he was verry rude to you for no reason and I was surprise cause he seem to b the manager or superviser that's for sure he was wearing black . All I know that was rude and ill never go back

Awful experience - twice! First time I got the Test Drive iPhone 5s from online and it died on the first day - they could not help - all they wanted to do was just sign me up for service! Second time I went into change from Verizon to T Mobile due to their fast data speed using their 4G LTE service and I didnt want to pay $200 to Verizon for 2 smart phones. That was a mistake. The young salesperson tried to charge me on top of the $100 for 4 line package, additional data, insurance on each line even though I was buying the phones outright and added activation charges. Monthly actually went up from Verizon ! What a loser - cant seem to grasp that people who come into T Mobile are looking to reduce their monthly. Never ever go this store - go to the San Dimas T Mobile - they know how to take care of their customers - I got service thru the San Dimas store for $85 per month - all 4 lines including my state of California discount!

I am so angry at this moment I wish there was a zero-star option. Got there and patiently waited for just about an hour for them to finish helping two customers (I counted 5 employees, two of them I caught just standing around for a few minutes before heading to the back room again). All I needed was a printout of my profile or billing statement with address as I need it asap for car insurance purposes. She was not able to "pull up anything printable" and told me Id have to go to another store which is 12 miles away. I wanted to speak to someone else but I couldnt see straight I just walked out. Just couldnt understand how something so simple became so difficult.

After having gone to so many locations where no one seemed to be able to fix my issue (had a verizon phone at that time), I decided to go to this tmobile location next to buffalo wild wings since I had just had lunch there. The sales rep did not hesitate to help me even though I was not a tmobile customer. She was very knowledgeable, fixed the issue Verizon couldnt fix, and gave me the best customer experience I could ever ask for. After this experience, I decided to leave verizon (had been with them for 9 years) and decided to switch to tmobile. I am very happy with tmobile and the employees here are very professional and friendly.

this store is horrible, I had to wait 35 minutes just to speak to a rep. When I finally got up to the register the sales person told me they couldnt help me, I called tmobile right after and sure enough they fixed the problem and apologized for this store incompetence. The costumer service at this location is poor, the employees are extremely rude as well. I cant believe I waited 35 minutes in this store to be treated poorly. never going back to this store again.

Went yestetday morning my Samsung was not staying on. The girl looked at it and said phone had water damage and I should have it teplaced by my insurance or buy a new phone All expensive options.Thamk God I did not opt for eithet insteaf i I brought it to a cell phone repair shop . He said all I needed was a new battery. It only cost 20 and my phone is good to go. What a difference in service.

Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The wait to be attended to is not too long compared to other phone carrier retail centers. Theyve gone out of their way to find out if Im on the best plan and to call corporate to switch numbers, among other things. Would recommend this specific location to others - as well as the phone service provider! :)

Stay away from thus store, they dont answer their phones, when they finally d, they out you onhold and dont. Pick up again. EVERRRT. They were suppose to transfer my number from Verizon. But its been a week and nothing.
