We are so disappointed with this place, more specifically the sales associate KEVIN YEE. He was so incredibly confusing and completely messed up our account. I have spent days on the phone and in the store trying to figure out what he did. We took advantage of a promotion to get 2 phones and had to add an extra line (only for 6 months). Well turns out he ordered TWO EXTRA lines, which we have to pay for, and FOUR PHONES which we also have to pay for! What the hell. He didnt write that down nor did he show us that. I will never go back there. When we went to a different store last night they guy wouldnt help us and said we need to go back to Kevin Yee because he didnt leave any damn notes. So we went to his store (this location) and someone else helped us....well actually he also wouldnt help us. He said we needed to wait until we got a bill to see what would happen. What a joke. I was prepared to give up Verizon altogether except the customer service woman on the phone is doing everything she can to fix this problem because she sees what a huge mistake this idiot made. All he wanted to do what take our money. I would suggest you avoid this store if you dont want to get screwed over. ***The woman who helped me at customer service is Deanna. Hopefully if you decide to go to this awful store and need to call customer service you get to deal with her. She has been extremely helpful and understanding.

Should be pretty simple to upgrade a plan and get a new phone, right? Apparently not. The guy we spoke to on the phone was nice enough, knew what needed to be done, and also arranged for a time to meet. We figured wed be in and out in about 10-15 minutes and Id have a shiny new iPhone 5s. But alas, it all went south as soon as we walked in. Michael, our rep, looked up the plan and was confused about what we wanted. Hey, we just spoke to you earlier today. How are you now confused? Then he just stood there for 10 minutes determined to be right about whatever what going on in his head but then decided customer is always right. Um, yeah. If the customer wants something and youre getting a commission, just shut up and do it. Why are you questioning anything??? Then he said we couldnt do what we wanted to do. Do you not want to get paid or something? Instead of figuring out whatever the issue was, he just looked us point blank in the face and waited for us to make a move. Ugh. An hour later, after a manager stepped in, and we got everything cleared up - I got my phone, we changed the plan around, and left for a late dinner. Wtf? It shouldnt be this hard to upgrade and get a phone. Just do what the customer wants and everyone will be happier in the end.

This place gets no stars. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 5 years before getting a defective Motorola Droid. They replaced the defective Droid for free, but when I got it, it had a minor defect so I took that phone in. The sales rep had me repeat the problem twice; she was slouching and unhappy and didnt make me feel like a valued customer. I stood there for five minutes while she worked on the computer, clueless as to what she was doing. She then said I needed to sign and they would send me another Droid. I explained that I didnt want another Droid because they are defective. She gave me unacceptable ultimatums and I left the store unsatisfied. After my contract is up I will be switching to Sprint. I have never had such horrible customer service anywhere. Shame on Verizon for letting this slide.

Ive been going to this Verizon Store for several years. Always the best help ever, competent, excellent and helpful attitude. All personnel are great but Jordan is THE best. Fixes everything, shows me how it works, suggests what plans I need and when, esp. because I am often in France. Also the store is not mobbed like most Verizon stores (Harbor Blvd.) which require an appointment, then make you wait in addition. This one is a nice size, with a quiet atmosphere, plenty of stock. I have never had trouble parking, but if you do, the whole lot for the Container Store is right across the drive. I have never written a review online before.

I love this Verizon location. I have been to other Verizon locations and this one is the best in my opinion. Every time I have needed help, needed a phone they alway have come through for me. I am someone who not only likes to compare companies but also compare stores of the same companies to find ether a better deal or better service. I dont even bother with other stores. There are 3 Verizon store locations closer to me but I drive to this one because of the service, plus its only 10 minutes further. They have a great diversity of employees who are always welcoming, curtious and helpful. I will definitely keep coming back.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I walked in to this store and was helped in less than 2 minutes. Its a small store. They helped me connect a new 4g router to our account without any problems. Took 15 minutes. I knew what I wanted and they new how to get it for me. Ill be back here any time Im in Orange County.

This is a hole in the wall corporate store; reminds me of a retailer. Several of the employees are rude, lazy, argumentative, and self entitled. Been here several times with no real results; they made us call customer service everytime. Head over to the corporate store off Harbor for better service!

Theyre fine! Theyre overwhelmed with a lot of self-absorbed South Coast Plaza shoppers, which makes the waits long and the crowds frustrating, but dont blame Verizon or the store staff; blame your fellow shoppers.

This place is a dud. I dont expect much from cell phone stores, but this one goes out of their way to be unhelpful. Im always met with rude, inattentive service. Avoid this one if you can.
