They lied to my face but it wasnt until my first bill that I noticed AT&T that automatically financed me for an almost $700 phone. I went this store because my phone was acting up and I was told there was nothing they could do but that I was eligible for an upgrade. Only $50. I asked how was that possible; only $50. "Yup only $50, nothing more, youre just upgrading and your insurance covers this." I said okay lets do and then I get the surprise bill. Sadly ATT wont do anything about it. If I had known how they operate, I would not have gone to this store and probably switched providers. Furthermore, I would have selected something more budget friendly. Two years ago, this same store sold me on a wireless system for my house. The box never due to the weak grid lines in my area. For four months ATT billed me and they refused to stop billing for a service I never got. I could not receive or make calls. It was like not having a phone at all. They only way they would even switch me back to my landline was if I paid them $150 penalty fee for cancelling the wireless service. What service?!?!?! To this day, I still have a balance that hangs over my head from the months that they billed me for that I did not have service and they refuse to dismiss them

Too bad theres not a ZERO Stars... thats what I would have given the BREA AT&T Store!! I go in there for help restoring a password on my wifes iPad that had the AT&T 3gb for $30 plan. Thanks to COSTCO... I had to change the method of auto payment! Before I know it... the rep is trying to COMBINE all my accounts (IPhones and IPads) and placing them ALL on an automatic pay plan!!! the only thing I want on a credit card is our IPad plans... NOT our phones. Again, he keeps pushing the plan! Again I told him NO! Then he tells me the 3gb for $30 is no longer available and wants to COMBINE my 3GB plan with my wifes 3GB, and giving us 6GB for $60. No big deal right? BUT, thats not what I asked for or wanted!! I just walked out with absolutely NO HELP from the REP at ATT Brea!! I finally came home and worked out the password issue on my wifes IPad... and guess what.. the 3GB for $30 is STILL AN OPTION!!! WHY do these people have to LIE and try to work you from where you are, to where they want you to go???? Is it the COMMISSION??? I have no clue, but I DONT APPRECIATE IT!! WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS and dont let them arbitrarily change your plan!! I will NEVER trust a REP from the Brea store!!

Roughly two months ago, I went to the Brea retail store in order to become an AT&T Wireless customer. Leydi Sanchez was very very helpful. In my personal opinion, Leydi Sanchez is the number one employee at the Brea retail store. When I walked into the Brea retail store around 12:30 in the afternoon on Monday, July 10th....Leydi greeted me by name. Leydi Sanchez is truly an asset to the Brea retail store and to the AT&T corporation. Leydi Sanchez should be highly commended for her helpfulness and for always providing excellent customer service. I walked into the Brea retail store around 12:30 in the afternoon on Monday, July 10th because I wanted to put myself on a lower rate plan for my cell phone service. Anthony "Zee" Zuliani patiently helped me explore all of the options that were available to me. Anthony "Zee" Zuilani should be highly commended for his helpfulness and for providing excellent customer service.

Awesome!!! I went into this store bracing for the typical sales pressure and pushy nature you expect when going into these types of stores. My wife and I walked in and were greeted by Adrian in a pleasant and genuine way where I was instantly put at ease. I was looking to find a phone that I could use for work and also enjoy owning. I also presented a pretty significant problem, I needed to port a Google Voice number to this phone. Adrian took it all in stride and got me a phone I love and even followed through to make sure the porting of my number happened. I am writing this a week later; I literally just got off the phone with him where he three-way called me and the porting center to make sure that the port got done. He definitely went over and above the expected service from someone like this. I definitely appreciate his service and will recommend him to any and all who are looking for a cell phone provider.

When in today (06/26/2017) around noon, to discuss alternatives for a lost phone under warranty...was informed by the store manager and one of their stores associates that they couldnt help me. As a matter of fact, they advised that I would need to file a claim either online or via telephone...but they were super nice to try to lure me in into getting a new line for $20.00, so my monthly payment will go down...this is after the fact, they noticed it was a corporate account...With several phones and with several tablets... Wait it gets worse they not only attempted to lure me into the shark bloody water; but they had the nerve to ask me that they can lower my monthly payments if I sign up with AT&T/Direct TV...wow AT&T has really lost it... For pushing their store manager and their store associates to get that commission...

I am an AT&T Wireless customer. Once in the Brea store, they hit me up about U-Verse internet. I told them I wanted to keep my DIRECTV the same, but I was amenable to looking at their internet. It was taking too long, and I told the guy to just forget about it, and I left the store. A few days later, I get an automated call about an install. I ignored it. Two days later, I get a call from the installer saying hes at my door, and I let him know a) I never ordered it. b) I was in Orlando on vacation. A couple weeks later, I get a AT&T branded DIRECTV bill. They switched me over on that against my express wishes. ...and today, I get a collection notice from a collection agency for UVerse $160.71, I suppose from when they tried to install it. They are absolute perpetrators of fraud in that store.

They literally pissed me off so much I smashed my phone in the store. I just wanted to upgrade and they kept trying to sell me on their stupid internet and TV plan. Also on a previous visit to this store they told me that if I paid $10 more dollars a month I could get a replacement phone for free if my phone was damaged but I later found out that you have to pay a deductible so they just lied to my face. One more thing, they have this line system where you have to go up to an employee and sign up for the line. I sign up and was told I was next and literally had to wait 40+ minutes even though there were at least 7 employees just wandering the store. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced ever. Save yourself and never go here.
