I was traveling in Orange County recently, flying out of John Wayne airport. My galaxy S4 charge port stopped working, and I had limited time to get it fixed while there. These guys had the part in stock, got it fixed same day, and were very professional and reasonably priced. Plus they were close to the airport so I did not have to drive far. My phone is my lifeline and I could not charge it! These guys took care of me and I had my phone back while I grabbed a burger next door at the Habbit Burger place. They offered my temptered glass, which I know is a must-have to protect my phone, but I plan to trade it in for a new phone next month so did not opt for that. Pros: fast, professional, reasonably priced. Cons: parking is tight, but there was extra parking in the lot next door

Jairo is the best!! My phone got wet yesterday and I thought it was the end...I was waiting at the door this morning and Jairo gave me some encouragement that it didnt sound that bad soooooooooo I left my phone there and a little over an hour later he called to say that all was well and my phone was working fine. As you know we all have such a special relationship with our phones that to be treated so professionally and with such honesty, the Digital Doc is to be commended. I will definitely take any of my electronics there and will pass the word to everyone I know. Thank you Jairo!!

Extremely happy with their service! They repaired a Lenovo laptop/tablet that had a cracked hinge and screen cover. I didn’t think it was repairable, but they were able to order the new parts and repair everything within a reasonable time frame. The laptop is used for business purposes so it was very helpful and convenient to have it repaired quickly. Staff are professional and they have a great notification system (email/text) that lets you know when the device is ready for pick up. Highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future.

My cell phone had water damage due to some "excessive sweating" from the gym, and as a result my entire front LCD screen was blurred. The shops location was very convenient since its right next to Orange Coast College, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. "William" especially illustrated superior customer service as he had my phone fixed and working perfect in only 1 hour! Awesome service and I will refer friends here without a doubt.

Great pricing for phone repairs. They were $30-$40 cheaper than every other place I went to for an iPhone 7 Plus cracked screen repair. They even finished the repair in less than 20 minutes. I know they have multiple locations, but this was the closest one to me. Highly recommend.

Did a great job at replacing the screen on my iPhone 6. I dropped it and broke the entire front. When I got home, I realized that the earpiece wasnt working and I couldnt hear calls. Brought it back and they fixed it in 10min free of charge. Very nice and helpful.
