I went in to purchase an invisible shield for my Galaxy Samsung 8 ($45) Few days later I Had Franky install it he opened it. After he installed it I noticed that the glass shield wasnt letting me text the sensitivity on it was horrible . I asked to get a refund since I still had the receipt. Not only did I purchase it there but they installed it too.They refused to and said I had to deal with the manufacturer. At this point you can imagine how frustrating it was AT&T associates and manager Salvador were useless. After being a customer for YEARS you would figure they would help their customers. At the end I was forced to call ZAGG myself and ask for a different cover. I was forced to use the cover thanks to AT&T.

I have experienced the worst service from this AT&T store, walked in and there was no one there to help me out and they were three people available just walking around that time talking each other. I was looking for a case walking around no one asked me if I needed help. To make things worse everyone look unprofessional and I saw one employee not getting his best customer service to another customer. Thats surprising you can tell this guy didnt want to help discussion at all.

I actually have never been able to find parking to even visit that store. I suggest you go to other at@t store. I have spent over 100k with at@t over the past 12 years. I am a small business owner recently i had slow sales and needed an extension to pay bill. They refused. They said computer would not let them. For a billion dollar company you really do suck. I could go get a day labor person and make them ceo and I am sure they would do a better job of running the company.

Carlos is the best rep at AT&T. He saved us over $130 a month on our phone, tv and internet! He really takes the time to research and find the best pricing and services for your needs. He is honest and follows up with us and makes sure we are happy with everything. We just switched to the new Uverse and AT&T Internet and its AMAZING and FAST!! Uverse has a easy to use interface and the picture quality is the VERY BEST!! It was like we purchases a new tv!

0 stars if possible. The Sales team lied so much about the products they were selling, I had to call another ATT store to find out what the real deal was!!!!!! Do not go to this ATT store! Also, I encourage people signing up for the new family plans released by ATT in Feb2014 to check out the plans online (the website is very user friendly) before walking into a store.

Terrible service! Santa Ana isnt all mexicans! I come in with a working phone, leave with one that doesnt. Sales people denied what they are accountable for! After apple called, they excepted to exchange phone. Terrible experience!! Need more qualified sales people, not just some bum off the street as sales man.

Went in to get a new phone, I was approved through Corp att. I was treated like a second class citizen and lead turned away. Imagine that. This is what happens when under qualified reps man the helm. I called att next day to let them know of my experience and they were like me embarrassed and mortified. WTF?

Awesome Service! Got my sim card replaced--I can now send text messages again! Mike showed how to upload pictures to computer and even how to get app that will download my text messages to my computer. Plus replaced my discount % with the one that will give the most $ back. I would go to that location again.

I stopped in to discuss adding a Gophone to my account. It was very busy as you would expect, so I sat down out of the way and waited. Soon enough a gentleman walked up and ask if I had been help. 30 minutes later I had everything I needed and am happy as can be. Great place, just have to wait your turn.

Worst business for customer service. Expect to wait at least 30+ mins. to talk to a rude person. The manager (Alphonso), although just standing around playing with his iPhone refuses to help anyone because he might have a question from a salesperson and doesnt want to "get stuck" with a customer.

Poor services. Need professional sales person not only come to work to make some money, need some knowledge how to help customers to solve problems with the phone. Most of the sales and the manager are rude. No skill at all how to help their customers with satisfaction.
