AT&T is a criminal organization spying on not only their customers but all internet customers seeing how they have access to the backbone of the Internet Sending over 30 thousand emails per day on local and international calls world Leaders Dont believe me look it up on the Internet its all documented back from the Snowden files At first AT&T denied it now there a minute ago Please do not support criminals theyre too expensive anyhow T Mobiles internet is way faster and way cheaper

Slippery sales techniques typical of AT&T. Sales person talked me into signing up for Direct TV on the promise it would get me UNLIMITED Data plan. FAILED to mention that my phones would no longer work as a Hotspot! She also didnt mention I have to keep my worthless outdated Uverse internet service at my home to get that $45 per month Direct TV plan.

Irvine was fantastic until a guy came out (without a name tag) absolutely unprofessional and lacks of any customer service skills, all what he cares about is pushing you to buy anything. Worst stores I ever walked in.

They are upset with tmobile stealing their customers but this store doesnt even pickup the phone when u call in. Called 3 times nobody picked up. Nice sales people must have there..... Fire them all Corporate!!!!!
