DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. IT IS NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON WIRELESS STORE SO THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE ( I wouldnt even call whatever they provide, adequate customer service) THEY DO NOT TRY TO HELP YOU AT ALL. I came into this store to upgrade mine and my moms phone in September. When we first walked in, no one greeted us, but they were busy helping other clients so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We upgraded our phones and were told about a promotion for a FREE wireless hotspot, which I thought was great! However, the sales associate NEGLECTED to tell us that the hotspot would be under a TWO YEAR CONTRACT. Never in the entire conversation did I hear that we would be under contract. When signing the papers, the sales associate DID NOT make it clear to me that I was signing for a contract. I was under the impression that I was signing for the upgraded phones. After seeing my statement, which was past the 14 day return policy, I tried to go back to the store and get taken off the contract, without having to pay the $175 TERMINATION FEE, since I signed it without being properly informed. The store manager, Carlos, was not helpful at all. His affect was flat and he acted indifferent toward the entire situation. He kept pointing to the form that I signed stating, "Well, you signed it", which I thought was very rude. Overall, I had to call customer service multiple times to get myself removed from a situation I was unknowingly put in by the associates at this store. I WILL NOT be coming back to this store and I hope no one else has to ever be subjected to the treatment I endured.

This location is garbage. I entered the store to upgrade my phone to the note 7. Things went smoothly enough with the representative, despite the fact that they did not have any note 7 phones in stock. He claimed that it would arrive within 2 to 3 days. I went across the street to target to purchase the Samsung gear vr. The target representative mentioned how he just bought his girlfriend a note 7, and how she just received a message from Samsung about a massive recall on the phones. Curious, I headed back over to Verizon to ask the representative if he had heard of the recall, and how it would affect my order, as I would be leaving the area in 2 weeks. He responded by accusing the Target employee of fabrication, for the purpose of making a sale (which makes absolutely no sense for several reasons). I said really? Then I left the store. About an hour later I researched the recall, and sure enough, countless articles were already circulating online about it. I tried to come in today to discuss my order with them, however the one who placed my order was absent. One employee was busy, but the other took another customer over me and my girlfriend who were there well before her. Then, this same employee continued to "service" a woman who needed a charger. Dont go to this verizon. Customer service is not professional. There are plenty of other good verizon locations in the vicinity.

worst experience ever!! we walk in and no one greeted us!! not a "ill be right with you" or "thank you for coming in" waited for over 10 min to be helped. after that my husband still decided to get a phone there because we were there already ughh. a man (another customer) came in the store saying if they (Verizon store) had sent his phone I guess for a rebate or something, turns out they didnt....well as soon as the man (customer) left the Verizon rep complained about the man (customer) .... right after I paid for the phone and a lady came in and since no-one greeted her (again). she came to the counter where I was, and she told the Verizon rep (helping me) she needed to do a return. my god after that I just wished I never had given my card I wished I could of voided that transaction!! (they were both so slow so they wouldnt help the lady with the return) - the one helping me told the other Verizon rep "its all yours son" wow really. we also bought a screen sticker on my husbands phone which he had already put in the bag well he took everything out puts it on (again so he wont help the lady with her return) it turns out that he left bubbles and stuff in the middle then when I pointed it out he said "oh well thats all I can do plus it comes with a extra" yes oh well because I paid for it huh!!ughh very unprofessional DO NOT RECOMEND !!! PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!!

Horrible customer service. Not even corporate store. Purchased our phones three weeks ago with bogo on galaxy s7 we asked for the s7 edge they told us they didnt have them so they had to pick them up at another store, we got a call three hours later and they said they picked them up so we went back it wasnt the edge but they said theyll order them itll be 2-3 business days since it was Friday they would be there Tuesday or Wednesday and we used the s7 till then. Come Thursday we go to the store and after waiting an hour they told us they didnt receive them yet. My thought, why say theyll definitely be in by Wednesday if they werent sure. We were told to call Friday at noon to see if they were there yet and they werent, then told we should call back Saturday(today) hooray they were actually there. Then of course something went wrong since we actually used the phones they need to get approval to exchange the phones and they wont get it till Monday. Since its been 14 days we are stuck with these people I am so tired of these people I love Verizon and I love the service at corporate stores but these people are seriously giving Verizon a bad name!

Not a corporate store so when they mess up AND THEY WILL you will be forced to go back to this store. I went in last night to upgrade and I told them I wanted the new Droid MAXX. He gave me a Droind MAXX HD. I have not heard of it before so I asked is this their new phone which he stated yes... Come to find out today this phone is an older model and not part of the new Droids released. Not to mention this phone is a POS. It has froze and rebooted itself about 12 times so far today. I called this morning and spoke with someone else who tried to explain this is the model after the Droid MAXX. So I went to a corporate store which they said no they are incorrect but I cannot help you as of now. You will need to return the phone and then come back. They do not know their product at this location.

waited 40 min in line to get help no one acknowledged my presence or asked what I needed help with which would have been helpful because after the long wait i found out they were going to charge me for a service thats free at the verizon store. During the wait I overheard the manager pushing a phone on someone they didnt want get and he kept pushing and pushing and it was and elderly man who didnt need the latest most advanced/expensive phone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST!
