I simply wanted to purchase a new battery for my Note 4 which I told them I was completely happy with. They told me that they dont have the battery for this model since it is old. Instead they focused me to buy a new phone and was very happy to introduce that I can get a Tablet for real deal of $40.00. Not only did they say i can buy 1, but I can buy 2 since I have 2 smart phones on the account. I thought why not buy a second one and give as a gift, and they said they are the only store that is offering this great deal. The nightmare began. It was not just $40.00 for each, there were a pile of charges that ended $200.00 per tablet that they failed to disclose, that included activation, line charge, insurance and a 24 months contact that they failed to make clear. I have been a Verizon customer since 1989, and I never buy insurance. Did this store ask me? Obviously not. I went into the store BEFORE the 14 days of purchase to cancel the line of one of the tablets, and the assistant manager did not tell me that I could not cancel the line. Remember, one tablet was a gift, why didnt the assistant manager say anything. Since being a Verizon customer, I always wait for the promotions and when I qualify for upgrade I dont pay $795.00 for a phone. Its usually 1/2. In the end, Verizon Corporate told me, that this store may not sell the battery for the Note 4, but they could have ordered it online or direct me to Corporate Verizon, and I could get the battery from them. This store just cost me an extra $171.00 in equipment & $960.00 in monthly fees for recommending me to pay monthly for the phone that I cannot cancel. Thats a total of $1131.00, when all I wanted was a new battery for my Note 4. Dont believe Management in this store will help. Thats why I had to go to Corporate Verizon to help.

I thought I was getting a good deal and seemed like it was good customer service when I was told about the new verizon plan. I upgraded from an older 10 GB plan to a 14 GB plan and got the limitless data plan. Thats the end of the good part. The salesperson who helped me was a new employee. Long story short, he killed my Note4 because he entered the wrong option. My Note4 wont even charge anymore. Then he said LG had a promotion for free accessories but it wasnt free. This store charges $120 accessories for any phone, but the total discount was only $70. So in actuality, I paid $50 in accessories that I could have bought from Amazon or eBay for $20. This store scams people. Stay away. Go to an official Verizon store with employees who know what theyre doing. Now I have lost a Note4 that was supposed to be my back up cell and lost $50. Im waiting for a call from the district manager. It has been over a week. No calls yet. This store should be shut down. Stay away.

I bought two new Galaxy S6 phones last night at the Brea Verizon store. while doing errands today I stopped at this Verizon 4G location to have some plastic scratch resistant skins (that I bought last night) put on my new phone. Chetwin was there with another person in the back room. I pulled out the new Verizon phone and the new box of skins and he gave me a blank stare?????He said he did not know how to put them on the phone??? I would have to buy the ones in the 4G store because he knows how to put those on with the little white box they have in the store????? My husband was with me and had asked me the night before why i was insisting we buy the new phones in Brea and not in Walnut. Today, my husband knows why we would not buy a new phone from this location. This place should be closed, as the help in the store is clueless!!!!!!

Yesica is the new manager here and she is really the best! She was my personal consultant at west covina store and now she is at walnut she is very knowledgable on EVERYTHING VERIZON ! up until I met her I always felt scewred over on my bill and would never receive any of the rebates or "free stuff" and even when I bought new phones I spent a ton of money and never really got what I derserved for being a loyal customer. And when I met yesica every single rebate went thru the first time!!!!! Every fee was disclosed which avoided the unplesant surprice once my bill came in AND I was able to get my FREE TABLET that no one had ever mentioned ! I want to say if you need anything at this store go to yesica because she will help you ! Her staff is very nice too and I know they will learn alot of great things from her! Thank you yesica

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE SINCE IT IS NOT OFFICIAL. They are not an official retail store from Verizon. Last time I went they absolutely messed up our phone lines and made a mess. After that disaster we decided to never go again. However this past week I decided to go there again and give them another chance. The result was that they could not even access my account and yet again had no idea what they were doing so I ended up going to an official store where everything turned up alright. These people are not legit and you should not go here.

I was highly upset because I bought a tablet that I didnt need!!!!!! When I came in I talked to yesica she is the new store manager she explained how I could save money on my bill and keep the tablet !!! I am very happy with the way she treated me ! I walked out saving 20 on my bill AND was able to keep the tablet

Just bought a pixel from Yesi love it!!!!! She knows her Verizon stuff really well!! I like that she was very informative on what I would expect on my bill what the best promotions where and she even made sure my contact and photos came to my new phone! I will recommend all my friends to come see her !

Vincent was such a amazing employee I had a 375g overage and he saved me he also got me a great deal on my upgrade bundle not only did he save me from a 6000$ bill but I walked out with a tab and a phone happy Im very thankful for his above and beyond service I recommend this place to anyone.

Staffed by people who are either total liars or totally ignorant of Verizon policies or both. I was told I was receiving a phone for the cost of tax + setup. Upon receiving my bill, I discovered I was being charged a monthly equipment fee so this "free phone" is going to cost me $600+.
