Went in the other day to switch from Sprint to T mobile with the 3 for 4 lines deal. Sounded too good to be true when I heard it and of course it was when I walked in the store. The associate was robot like and didnt really feel throughout the whole experience like he really wanted my business. They do a hard credit check in order to even start up the process so when I walked out I messed up my credit, thanks T-Mobile. The associate tried figuring out my payments and continued to give me mixed numbers, which bothered me because I was trying to figure out my monthly to see if it was worth it in the first place. Secondly, when I told the associate that I wanted them to pay off my phone the guy acted like I was talking another language. He said if I did that then I would have to trade in the phones that I currently had, duh, I was there to switch. The last straw was when he asked one of his other associates a question and then told me that they were not going to be able to pay off our phones from Sprint and then I had to pay a higher deposit in order to walk out the door with the 4 lines which was over 400 dollars. Talk about a bad experience, I dont know if this is a corporate store or not but if it isnt then this owner needs to teach his associates how to deal with people better than just shrugging their shoulders and saying "I dont know". Horrible experience doesnt start to describe my visit, Sprint will be keeping my business for now even if that means I will be paying 50 more dollars!
