This store is a JOKE. 7 1/2 months ago I purchased 2 new phones., Galaxy 7 and edge 7. The deal was buy one get one free. Marissa "sent the rebate info" which never made it. 2 months later i call and speak with a manager, he said he would get on it. Again, never made it. Tried to take matters up with rebate company, to get jerked around. Last week 12/21/2016 went directly to store and spoke with Marissa regarding issue. She said she would contact district manager and I would "hear back by someone 12/23/2016". Also told her my protective glass screen broke a while back. Asked how much they were @ "$60 and comes with lifetime warranty". I thought great, its covered....you would think. Marissa had my account info and all purchase receipts on her computer screen. She insisted on selling me a replacement screen. I said why would I buy another when it should be covered. Told her to look at my purchase back in May. She asked me where the glass screen was. Where do you think it went...its glass and it broke so i removed whats was left of it. Lets keep in mind it literally came off in pieces. She needed the broken pieces in order to get my replacement. Seriously lady you see the receipt on your computer and Yes youre the same person that sold it to me. What a waste of money and my time. Friday late afternoon I finally called and spoke with a manager Jessica, she said she was too busy and didnt have tome to check emails. Promised me I would hear back Monday 12/26 no later then 3pm. That never happened either. Something seriously needs to happen to this store. Either fire each and every one of them, including the district manager. Better yet you VERIZON, simply close them down. Over 11 years with verizon and this is the treatment I get. Well over $23,000 just on monthly service plans. Shame on VERIZON FOR ALLOWING THIS THIRD PARTY STORE to provide such crap service.

I went to buy a phone and take up a line on my parents plan that wasnt being used. Carlos and Jessica asked if I wanted to add a tablet and hum device. I told them I didnt want anything that would make my bill any higher. They said the devices were free. They lied straight to my face. After I upgraded my brothers phone and got my phone and the supposedly free devices my bill came out to almost $1000! It took me hours on the phone speaking to a rep to figure out why my bill was what it was after I had gone to this location to speak to Jessica the manager(who was there when I made my purchase and helped add all those "free" devices)multiple times and all she had for me were more lies and empty promises that ended up costing us a ton of money. Please please please stay away from this location. I would hate for anyone to go through what I had to go through. Now Im dealing with a $160 reconnection fee that of course Jessica said wouldnt happen. I wish these reps were trained to be honest. Verizon has great service and great products that sell themselves. Really no need to lie to costumers.

DONT STOP HERE. Seriously. Keep driving. Ashley answered "I dont know," to the following questions: "How long have you worked here? Are returns possible on Sunday? And what is the address of this store?" Vincent spent AN HOUR trying to talk me out of returning the seriously over-priced phone that he sold me yesterday. He said that I couldnt make a return on Sunday, because the manager was off on Sundays. However, yesterday, Vincent had told me to talk to the manager Sunday/ today. When I insisted on returning the phone, Vincent said to someone on the phone, "She is being short with me. I am just trying to get her out of the store." Then he turned to me and said, "if you want the iPhone for a penny, let me know and I will go to the other store and get them." No thanks Verizon. Gonna go talk to the Geek Squad. Read less Update. We were told we would get a full refund, and surprise surprise, the refund was $25 short. We were charged a "get up and go fee" for the hum, which the employees werent even to turn on at the time of purchase. Box hadnt been opened. TRISTE.

Let me start off by saying that this is the worst Verizon Ive been to and I hope its just because its a retailer. These guys have been unhelpful, rude, and borderline useless. I have spent the last 3 weeks being jerked around waiting for my replacement phone. I am unable to process my return from any location therefore i have been forced to stop at this location every 4 days because my "phone should be there soon". Two associates have told me that shipments have come through, while others deny them arriving. Normally I dont write reviews but this location does not deserve to be labeled under Verizon, which has otherwise been great. P.S was just told by an associate there that I am unavailable for a full refund for my phone (even though its getting recalled) and Ill be forced to deal with them more.

Writing this review for my Father...He went in to this store to buy a phone outright, and purchase minutes. He did not want a plan, he wanted this phone to be prepaid so that he could add minutes as needed. Jessica was the one that had helped him and told him that she would allow him to buy the phone for the full price and that he could just use it as a prepaid phone. He paid the full amount of the phone and then some, The phone has yet to be activated and they keep telling him it will be activated. I has been seven months since he purchased the phone and has been back and forth on the phone with the store during this time. DO NOT purchase a phone from this store. They are not loyal employees and do not have good customer service.

I was in my way to buy some accessories for my phone I possible up grade one of my lines I walk into de store they where No customers in the store besides my there look like 3 employees 2 female and 1 male. Male employe made eye contact with my but did not say anything. The other female employees made eye contact with same thing they did not say anything. I walked around store for about a minute and employees looked at each other and they did not said a word. Then I stood in the middle of the store for about 30 seconds it felt like an eternity. Same reaction from the employees, no word the I walked out of the store. Worst felling ever. I will never come back to the store if was the last place open. Very bad customer service.

Went to upgrade my fiancé phone as a birthday gift. New Samsung S7 was put on preorder and was given 22 days till we can get it. When we called a few days before it was like the transaction was never completed but my money was already taken. Got an email only at that time. When we went to pick up the phone two days after the phone call. When we went to pick it up they said they were robbed and the store was a mess. No broken windows or broken display areas. The lady next to us was getting an S7. We think they just sold it to someone else. Waiting again. Stay away from this store
