I just had the best experience, Ive been with cricket for a while and I love it. Today I went to the store because I had an issue with my phone and Ricky was extremely helpful and kind, customer service here is extraordinary! This store is good with selling you .But when it comes to an issue they dont know much how to help you,that they always refer you to another store I suggest they get more training do your research where to go for better service✌️

Ive been having issues with my network, where I live and all they tell me is that my area doesnt have a string coverage. In the store they dont know how to reset my network.
