I would have to say from the time of heading inside the door and from the time I left it was a great experience. The greeters were very friendly and the expert helping me with my phone problems was fantastic and had excellent customer service. Marshall took excellent care in troubleshooting my phone and easily helped me with my problems. I have been to many other T-mobile stores which have taken me an hour or more just to finally be talking with an expert. This store and this team helped me within 20 min during busy store hours. I recommend this store and this team of awesome employees 100%. Enough said.

I just called because I have a note 7 that I need to replace with something else and Ive been searching for an iPhone 6s plus or 7. Finally this location says they have the iPhone 7 BUT CANT DISCLOSE THE COLOR? what sort of nonsense is that?? They expect customers who are already being inconvenienced with having to return handsets they have chosen because of a recall to also have to deal with this low level of customer service? Its almost a misnomer to call it service at all. Very displeased.

This store isnt that bad, if you go in during the afternoon and on a weekday youll get pretty quick service so youll be in luck then. The only complaints that I have are they dont really have different capacity sizes or colors for their more popular phones and the only other thing that bugs me is that they constantly play Spanish music, which is a personal preference, and sometimes you can barely hear the representative thats helping you.

Bad Service. Staff only care for new customers. Everyone else is set aside. As a customer I had to wait about an hour to get helped. While new customers got helped right away. This was happening almost every time I walked in.
