Lets see, on 6/25 I went down and purchased an Iphone along with a GoPhone Refill Card. Went home and put Sim card in and loaded the minutes to my new phone. But Im not able to use all the features due to somebody elses Icloud being on there. I cant get rid of it cause it requires their password. On 6/27 I brought the phone back and explained my issue. The Blue Shirt employee checked it out then was going to swap it out for another one, but there was no more in stock, but they were getting a shipment in later in the late afternoon/early evening. So I go all the way back home then back to BBM to exchange my phone. Now they tell me they cant exchange it unless its all wiped out of Emails, contacts ect. Now i cant perform this action unless i have the password. And besides, you sold me the phone with all this already on it. I was then told i needed to go to Apple to have this taken off. So today on 6/28 I go to Apple to see about having this issue resolved, and am told the wait would be a few hours and that they may not be able to do that here. Now Ive got to send the phone in, and BBM wont do returns after 14 days. So Best Buy Mobile just sold me a paperweight. Best Buy, you think im going to stop with just a review? Think again, Im taking it a few steps further. You Guys Suck!!!!!

The sales Rep was telling my daughter the great things about her device (mini iPad). She explained the greatness of it, and how much she will learn exploring the Internet. I loved the way she took into account my daughter being she was there. Thanks a million.
