I come from Seattle and the service there is great, I came here to anaheim on vacation and I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, as the Comercial said is water resistant, I put my s7 under a fish tank and guess what it broke, so I called this location for them to help me, and the manager a women told me with an attitude, " why you put your phone on a fish tank? Then she said also...... is you fault for doing what the Comercial do. Then I ask. So you cant help me? And she said nope is your fault you deal with Samsung is not my problem. Even do I came on vacation the add said the Samsung Galaxy sure is water resistant, she told me pretty much to screw my self. Really bad costumer service I made the call on 08/12/2016 around 5:50 pm in case if the calls get recorder. Hopefully a bigger manager listen and teach this lady a lesson.

One of the few places that have a great team put together to help out the customers. I was greeted with a smile and a how can we help you ....originally I just went to pay my bill but then I decided to upgrade my phone. from an android to a iPhone Liz was one of the ones that help me out through the process she did a amazing job informing me and helping, made everything go smoothly as well as took care of other customers that were in line behind me keeping contact with them and assuring them they were next Leo and lori other employees that came in to help out with minor details were great as well helping in every way possible thanks guys I owe you one keep up the good job

I bought a hotspot 3 months back and nothing but problems from that point on . I was to get 5GB for each month only got 3... To start ,,Halfway through the 2nd month my account was locked up and I was unable unlock it I then had to go in .... So fixed that then still could not access my account on line so then had to go back in to the store to pay for the next month then was told all was fixed .... Went to use it next day and it would not connect so it now shows on my account that I have 0 data to use so I call the store they told

We came in on Saturday Robert was really helpful , my mom was having trouble with phone he was able to help her and answer all the questions she had. We added another line that night and he was very helpful. Then tonight we went back to make some changes on the account and get another phone and Mathew was really helpful very polite answered all my moms questions doubts and was able to transfer my moms info to her new phone. We will be going back to the same store all the staff are very nice and they are all bilingual.

Amazing. Had an issue with my account for a few months. I went to several stores, called customer service several times, even chatted with a representative online, and no one can help. Walked into this store in a "last chance" situation and they were able to fix my problem in under 15 minutes. Thanks a lot Matthew Botello! I owe you lunch!

Latin American = first priority. When my name came up, the rep. told me "Let me just get the names of the new people that have walked in and Ill be right with you." The new people were Latin Americans and the rep. ended up speaking Spanish to them regarding their problems and took 10 minutes to get back to me.

Great experience at this location. There was not a wait time for me at all. Everyone was very helpful and happy to be there. Really enjoy the energy and the customer service that this store had. It was a little hard to find them right off the street but they are right next to Tokio teriyaki

Best t-mobile I been to! All the employees look nice and helpful. Was helped by Ernie, he was very nice and professional. Did all he could to help us with our needs. The store looks great and great music is always playing. I recommend this T-Mobile.

I took my niece to get her phone fixed. She was here from out of town. Our rep made sure she got another phone and even helped me with getting a speaker for my cell phone. They were very busy but made sure they acknowledged everyone that came in.

This store is very slow long time waiting they are short on staff and in need more technical support and expert and more staff always waiting theres 3 staff know and they are so slow maybe need to replace them with some one faster.
