Left from the horribly incompetent La Habra location to come to this Jewel of a Tmobile store in Brea!! :) When we walked in we waited less than three minutes before we were cheerfully greeted by Kenny. Although he wasnt a sales representative he had no problem jumping in to give us to start us on a great customer service experience. *[We had previously gone into the LA Habra store (see my review) to activate five additional business lines with T Mobile! Ive been with them for years so wanted to expand my business....Boohoo the were ZERO help to say the least ] Anyway, Kenny was able to help us set up our lines and get 2 new phones to boot! Haley took over for Kenny to make sure that we received a top-notch cell phone buying experience. She is Very knowledgeable and thorough with all the details of any of, and especially, our plans. Even Bill made an appearance, very nice and hands-on...what a refreshing management style! All in all I definitely recommend this T-Mobile location!. The store is clean, well-stocked, and all of the representatives are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. *Run run from the La Habra location!!

Brought an iPhone 7 with a very good trade-in deal on Sept 2016. They said that I wouldve received the discount amount in form of monthly credit. However the credit wasnt accounted within the first 2-3 months bills. Made several phone call to customer service but have always been told to wait for the changes. 9 months passed and nothing happened. Then I went to the store and met Josh. I explained my situation and he made some phone call. After several minutes he hung up and he told me that I will get all the credit balance within 24-hours. He also apologize to me that I had to put lot of effort on this. Now thats a proper service level that I expected from a big company like T-mobile. I was ready to switch that day but changed my mind after Josh helped me. Please hire more people like him and give that guy a cookie.

Went there, asked about plans, the un-knowledgeable lady said they would run my credit. I didnt have my id on me so at that point she just stopped helping me. I wanted to look at my options- i can do the credit check when im ready to buy... I asked to see phones, she walked over to the closest phone and started telling me about how the payments are broken down, and then just stopped. I told her again, I wanted to see phones, she was not even attempting to let me know anything about the latest phones or features. i wont be buying here because of the young brunette girl. She obviously doesnt understand what she is there being paid to do. I hope her manager sees this because the lack of service was annoying

bill helped me out, he was very knowledgeable about everything and helped me pick a phone that suites my needs. if your a otr driver stay away from tmobile but if you live in oc I highly recommend having bill be you sales person
