Me and my Father went into the Sprint Store on 2515 E Imperial Hwy Ste C in Brea, CA around 730pm tonight (Friday) 06/13/2014. Now at this Location there is no greeter station set up like the at the other Stores but we were greeted by one Sales Rep. with hi. Now in this Store there were 4 Sales Reps on the floor 2 were helping customers and the other two were on their computers and never moved. Its now about 7:50 and other Sales Rep. comes out from the back gets on his computer and says nothing to us to0...now keep in mind this store closes at 8pm so now Im very upset!! and left the store. I then went to Twitter to voice my word which my user name is @paulscott32. What makes this so much more upsetting is I worked for Sprint from 2003-2008 so I know the Sprint Customer service way and the Reps get paid on that. This has put a bad taste in my mouth 100%

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! This place has gone down hill so much. I came here 4 years ago, minimal wait, great service, friendly sprint reps. However, the last 3 times i went there in the past 3 months. Horrible service!!! The staff is so rude, pushy, and condescending. They are very dishonest about promotions and services. Bunch a swindlers with bad attitudes. Never going back here again. Almost made me wanna switch from sprint, which Ive been with for about 12 years. Sprint really needs to improve there sales rep team in orange county.

The associate messed up my account and tricked me!! He left 2 phone on old plan and only moved 2 other phones to new plan, i got double charged!!! took 2 hrs on phone with Sprint to clean that up. He also lied about the monthly cost of the Tab4. He also didnt tell me that under the new plan, they wont dont allow the 2 year renew-your-contract-get-a-discount on the phone option.... When i went back to the store, they told me he now works in Chino... Dont trust these guys, double check everything!

This review is 1 star only because I can not choose 0 stars. If you want horrible customer service by inexperienced sales representatives, this Brea store location is for you. The wait is long and they were unable to resolve a minor issue or return a $30 item with a receipt from their store. Buyer beware of this store. Do yourself a favor and go else ware to avoid a headache and waste your time. I should have looked ahead of time and seen the horrible reviews.

Clean, organized, friendly service, everything it great here except for one thing... you cant do everything you might want to do IN STORE. If youre looking to do a transfer of liability, its not something they can do for you in the store. Its an online process. Also, if youre looking to utilize your insurance plan for a phone, youll have to call a number or submit an inquiry online... not an in-store process either... other than that, great!

waited over an hour before the associates even acknowledged that I was standing in line to be helped. They also helped five other customers that had walked in after me. They need to become better organized with helping out the customers they have in store. I would not recommending this location to anyone, go online to get better and faster service.

Do not go to this store, you will save time, money, and personal satisfaction. Its worth driving to a different sprint store. Look at previous customer reviews. I had the same experience as them. Long wait, which is understandable in certain circumstances, but once you get through waiting the customer service is horrific.

I went there today 15 min before store close, and the attendent had no patience to help me and lied to me. Told I cant transfer from boost to Sprint and keep my number.
