I shopped at this store A LOT for myself, my wife and my 3 daughters for years and now because of 1 incident I will NEVER RETURN to a Burlington Coat Factory! Ill stick with TJ Maxx and Ross who actually HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY! I purchased 2 outfits there on a Sunday night for a new job I was starting Monday. The outfits were 2 dress shirts, a Tie, dress pants and shoes all for $60 which was a pretty good deal...I THOUGHT! I purchased shirts that came with ties in a box not on a hanger. I purchased them thinking I knew my size, and when I got home as normal I took off the tags and tried them on. I realized the shirt was one size too small but being it was 1030 at night Id wear it tomorrow and then return both outfits the next day or exchange for a different size. On the back of the receipt the return policy says "SIMPLE, IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON BRING IT BACK WITH IN 30 DAYS AND GET YOUR PURCHASE PRICE BACK....LIES! They refused to exchange or return my clothes saying my "they looked worn and I didnt have the tags" I said I told you from the get go I wore one outfit today for work one is never been worn the tags are in the trashcan at home along with the bag I can find the same outfit on this Ford probe this is from your store plus I have the receipt. This purchase was made less than 24 hours ago How worn could theyve looked?? And after going back-and-forth they refuse to exchange or return my items and because of that I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO BURLINGTON AGAIN FOR MY FAMILY OF 5!!! What this business failed to do is honor their return policy treat returning customers good, because of that they lost out on a family of 5 who wouldve been returning customers. Now T.J. Maxx and Ross can happily have my BUSINESS as an ve been through the same situation with them and NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM RETURNING!! Always treat customers good and be fair or you wont have customers any longer...ASK THE GOOD GUYS, K-MART, SEARS, or any other major store you thought would never go out of business...

I love Burlington Coat Factory, this isnt one of their strongest locations though. I will say that even in the prime of winter they had hardly a selection of coats. They do have a good find on select items here or there. Its kind of hit-or-miss. Employees are friendly? I couldnt really say I hardly see them when Im there. Which I dont really mind because its kind of annoying when someone is constantly asking if I found everything alright. Overall this location is okay. Be prepared for kids who pay no attention to you pushing pass you throughout the aisles.

They renovated this store and its much better now. I think I prefer it over the one at Bella Terra. There is a huge selection of clothes for both men and women. You really have to look though to find good quality clothes though. Most of the time its cheap material so its not worth it to buy here. I like Burlington for kids clothes and kitchen stuff because they seem to carry a better selection of brand names for those items. Overall, you could find a good gift here or if youre looking for something for the home, give it to try.

Its good place just that the employees I saw or actually heard were more like goosepin so loud it was all you could hear I know what they all did Friday night more talking than working... When the manager or what seemed to be a higher ranked employee asked them to spread out and go their way to their departments. They all winned like little girls and did not obey. If im going shopping i want to relax and not hear the employees as loud as they were being chismosas like we say.

This store is the dirtiest place I have ever been the manager named Lori is terrible she is the most unprofessional person her staff is inexperienced and as a manager she should be providing more training. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AND I HAVE BEEN A BURLINGTON CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. I WILL ONLY SHOP IN THE HB STORE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE THE ROSS NEXT DOOR IS THE WORST BUT I WOULD RATHER GO THERE.

If you have plenty of time on your hands, you might find something good here. You have to pick through a lot of clothes to get to what you want to buy. I liked this store much better when it was Mervyns. There are rarely any employees available for assistance. This is pretty much a low class Burlingtons. Go to the store at Bella Terra in HB instead. Its a much better store.

Stopped at this Burlington to have a sensor tag removed that was left on at another store. Had my receipt and didnt think it would be a problem. Apparently, not all stores have the same sensors so it was a complete waste of time.
